-Peter pov-
We are walking into May and Peppers shared room. The hospital was either nice enough or Pepper was angry enough to get it. Guessing by how scared the staff looked I'm gonna say she got scary.
"Alright Morgan" I crouch down to talk directly to Morgan "They may be asleep so don't be loud please"
"Ok" I get up and as soon as we walk in... "MOMMY!"
"Hey baby" Morgan runs over and gets in Peppers bed "Hey you four"
"How are you two doing?" May gives a thumbs up and Peppers just chuckles "What?"
"She's doped up on pain meds" Pepper smirks at May who's wiggling a finger in front of her face "She's out of it"
"IIIII'mmmmmmm not outta nothin!" May looks at us and smiles "You two looks so beautiful together! Here comes the bride all dressed in white and here comes the groom.."
"I think it's best we ignore her for now" Michelle nods and we walk to Pepper with the twins "How are you doing?"
"The baby is fine Peter" She grabs a hold of my hands in the stroller "How are you?"
"My friend died in front of me and I couldn't save a whole ride of...I can't unsee them" I shake my head and sigh "Theres nothing I want more than to not see them ever again"
"I think you need to talk with someone Peter" I nod and Peppers gives my hands a squeeze "I mean it"
"I will Pep" I look up and give her a smile "When are you able to leave?"
"Now" We turn to the door to see Sam there "We are bringing you folks back home"
"We still go~"
"We already packed everything up" Sam looks at May "She's going to be one hell of a passenger"
"Yeah" Michelle taps me on the shoulder "Can we talk alone?"
I nod and we walk out of the room. We go to the waiting room and sit away from people. From the look on her face this is going to be fun.
"Don't stop being Spider-Man cause of this" I try to help it but the shock I feel flows onto my face "I know you were thinking about not doing but....but after today I know now fully why Spider-Man is needed...the people need you like we need you"
"I-I" I smile and hug Michelle tight "Thank you"
"Thank me by saving the people you can and not burdening yourself over you you can't" we pull away and she smiles "I love you Peter Parker"
"I love you Michelle Jones" We both laugh and stand up "Let's go to the group and head home"
We walk hand in hand back to the room. When we get there we stop. I pull out my phone and record Sam playing with the babies.
"Here is my handle, here is my spout..when I get all steamed up, hear me shout!" He makes the spout and handle motion before bending sideways "Tip me over and pour me out!"
"And send that to the Avengers group chat" Sam looks at me wide eyed "It's already been done"
"You know sometimes you make it hard to like you" He glares at me and then looks at the giggling twins "Your daddy's a mean man"
"Hey he actually called me a man!" Everyone laughs including May but she's laughing randomly so "Alright lets get home!"
-Time skip-
We are almost back to New York. The twins have been climbing all over Michelle the whole ride and anytime I try to help they scream. Michelle has kinda just gotten used to having to pull them down every couple of seconds.
"Teething is the worst" I look over my shoulder at Clint "Which one is teething and the other one is jealous...that's on you to find out"
"Thanks" He chuckles and walks away "Teething...Wait does that mean they are actually getting older!"
"Peter kids age" I look at Michelle who looks tired "It's gonna happen"
"I know but with age comes boys" I look at my web shooter then back at Michelle "I'm gonna web them and let spiders drink the boys blood"
"Drastic measure buddy" Peppers puts a hand on my back "What you do is shoot a repulsor bean into their head"
"Neither of those things" Natasha walks over and holds up a bullet "Nothing wrong with a good old fashioned bullet"
"I'll open the door for the boys in the future" Michelle pulls off M&M and hands her out "I can't take any more of this"
"Alright" I take her and she starts screaming again and I rock her in my arms "Come on M it's just your dad"
"Virginia stopped" I look at Michelle confused and she just smiles "M&M is teething"
"Not my baby girl!" I hold M close "I ignore that crazy lady! You're staying forever single forever young"
"Everyone buckle up!" We all look at Sam confused till the ship starts rocking "I warned you!"
"What's going on?!" Clint jumps into the other pilot seat "I thought we were flying fine!"
"We hit something in the sky" Sam give his controls to Natasha and puts his suit on "I'm going to look"
"I will too" I hand M&M to Pepper and put on my Iron spider suit "Let's go!"
We jump out the hatch and I grip onto the top. I crawl to the wing that was hit and see it sparking. It looks like we got hit by something big.
"You see what I see?" I look over at Sam and nod "I'm not picking anything up on scans"
"I'm not either" I feel my senses go wild "It's coming back!"
I jump up and see our other wing being hit. I land and shoot a web at the hooded figure. They stop and turn toward me. It's a girl with claws.
"We aren't flying over New York!" Sams face pops up on my hud confused "We need Natasha in rescues cause this is going to be a bumpy ride!"
Sam ducks into the jet and I jump off of it. I shoot a web to the front and shoot some others at the trees we are going toward. I'm soon helped by Natasha in rescue along with Sam pushing up against the jet.
"Karen patch me into the Jets speakers!" Theres a pause before I hear it connect "Buckle up and please stay calm we have it all under control!"
