As I walk into the crowded room, I feel the anxiety rise in my chest, keeping my head down and looking for Jamie or Emily through the crowd of people, lifting my head up every so often. But when you're not careful with where you're walking, you always walk into someone, right? Well in this case it was the friendly giant who walked into me, knocking his cupcake frosting all over my arm, making me laugh, making him look down at me, his face covered with concern. "Oh god Esme, sorry I didn't see you" He chuckles, as he tries to wipe the icing away from me arm, but it was no use. "It's fine aha, I should of been looking where I was going, have you seen Jamie, or my Mum?" I question, trying to peer around him, seeing if I could see them, or better yet see his sidekick with the wild afro. "No, you mum is?" Jordan questions, as I roll my eyes. "I'm Jamie's sister, you knew that right?" I chuckle, as his eyes widen. "Oh, yeah of course I did" he mumbles, as he shakes his head, a smile on his face. "Yeah, we look nothing alike" I chuckle, as I spot My Mum and Jamie in the corner, engaged in conversation. "don't matter, I see them, thanks anyway" I smile, as I try to walk away, but Jordan's voice calls me back. "Wait, Esme, Pel was looking for you, I think his gone looking in studio's so if you see him yano" Jordan smiles as I nod my head, forcing a smile, I wasn't about to go looking for Perri.

"Hey guys" I smile, as I walk over to Mum and Jamie, both of them smiling my way. "You got over six thousand viewers this week" Jamie smirks as I roll my eyes, sometimes he couldn't ever turn his business head off. "Can we not talk about that here" I mumble, as my mum embraces me in a hug, the smile taking over my face, she might not be my biological mum, but I loved her all the same.

"Perri was after you" she whispers into my hair, but I  could hear the smile in her voice, wanting nothing more than for me to be happy. "Can we not mum" I mumble, as I shake my head, but as I pull away I can smell his cologne, and I knew I wasn't lucky enough to be half a room away from him, I knew he was stood behind me.

"Perri" I smile, as I turn around, the smirky smile on his face like always, I had watched the shy Perri disappear and the over excited, confident one appear, and it was a journey that was interesting. "Esme, have you got a moment?" He questions, the smirk disappearing from his face and the smile returning, his pearly white smile.

As I walked with Perri to the hallway, I couldn't help but think I did like him, but then the fact he was practically a celebrity would appear in my mindset, I would never meet his level, I would never be able to live in his world, I hated people at work knowing my name let alone the whole world knowing my name. But then again, maybe it was just me who felt this way? Maybe he didn't like me like that at all, but then again, he did have a girlfriend, so of course he didn't feel that way.

"Are you listening to me?" I hear him chuckle, as I turn around, meeting his big brown eyes, as small smile on his face. "Huh?" I reply, as he shakes his head but the smile didn't fade. "You might need to sit down for this" he whispers, as I nod my head, as he reaches out and takes me hand, pulling me down the hallway, as he opens the door and we end up in a studio I knew way too well. My studio, not that he would know this.

"So, I came earlier looking for you, but I couldn't find you anywhere, so I tried in here, but you wasn't here" he starts, and I look at him, my eyes studying his face. "But then I heard your laughing with Jamie in the hall, but when I got there you wasn't there, but then I got his notification on my phone" he states, as he pulls his phone out of pocket, showing my a screenshot of the fact 'girl behind the microphone' was streaming, and I look at him confused, trying to look confused anyway. "What does this have to do with me?" I laugh, as Perri shakes his head. "Let me finish" he replies, as he takes a deep breath. "Then, when the party started, you was no where to be seen, i mean I know you do this disappearing act very well, but not to turn up to your own Mums day is a bit weird" he mumbles, but as I go to open my mouth and reply he holds a finger up. "But then, here's the best part" he smiles. "I know girl behind a microphone records in here, I've walked down this hallway several times when she's been steaming, but I never really put two and two together, always assuming she was under Jamie's management, but the truth is when I found this" he states, holding up a small pink bracelet, one I knew very well, I never wore it, it was too small, but it was always in my pocket. "I knew that there was something about you, but I never thought you would be her, so are you going to admit it to me?" He questions, as I look at him, my head tilted, but my eyes felt glossy, he had worked out the secret I had tried to hard to keep, so hard to hide from the world, and one stupid action it was over.

"admit what?" I whisper, as he shakes his head smiling. "That you're girl behind the microphone, we will get to the feelings question after" he smiles, as I look down at the ground.
