*Tenshi pov*

It's been a few days since Sheele died. I was still torn up about it, but at least I know she's at peace. Right now, it was night and I was walking to the kitchen. I was met by Tatsumi.

Tatsumi: Tenshi? What are you doing up?

Tenshi: I wanted to clear my head, so I thought the kitchen would be the best place to go.

Tatsumi: Oh... okay then.

Tenshi: So why are you up?

Tatsumi: I just needed to think about some things.

Tenshi: Ok.

We then entered the kitchen where we saw Akame with a plate of some sort of food. I recognized them as something Sheele liked.

Tatsumi: Akame? You having a midnight snack?

Akame: No. I remember that these were Sheele's favorite.

Tatsumi: So it's an offering.

Akame: Sheele always did work in the background. I doubt she would be in the revolution's records. I thought that that if I didn't pay tribute to her, it would erase her memory from here. She may have been absent minded, but she was the kindest person on the team.

Tenshi: Yeah... she was....

Tatsumi: I agree. I see you leave flowers for Sayo and Ieyasu. 

Akame: Yeah.

Tatsumi: It's amazing you know. You are taking the deaths of a friend quite well. I still can't bare it.

Tenshi: Neither can-

We were cut off when the plate cashed to the ground. 

Akame: You think it's that simple?

Out of nowhere, she grabbed Tatsumi's coat collar.

Akame: Sure, maybe I've seen more deaths then I'd care to remember. But this? You don't ever get used to it. Dammit. You hide it and finish the mission. I have to act like everything is ok when in reality I'm falling apart. As an assassin, you have to turn things on and off. You may think that I'm calm, but you're wrong. You don't know what it's like. You don't know what losing her means to me. no...

I couldn't believe that she was crying. This was the first time seeing her like this. It hurt seeing her like that. Out of nowhere, Tatsumi punched himself in the face.

Tenshi: Tatsumi?!?!

Akame: Why did you do that? Tatsumi, are you alright?

Tatsumi: I'm fine. I just got my head together that's all. Don't worry about me. I also want to say I'm sorry. I wasn't sensitive about it. I pledge to you, I won't die and I will never make you sad again. We are gonna make it through this and make a new nation together.

Tenshi: Yeah!!! Count me in. I promise that I won't die either.

Akame: *wipes away tears* I'd like that. Thank you.

I couldn't help but hug her in hopes to make her feel better. It seemed to catch her off guard, but she returned my hug.

Tenshi: If you need someone to cry on, I'm here.

Akame: I can say the same to you. Why don't we just go to bed? We got training tomorrow.

Tenshi: Ok.

We were heading to bed, but I decided to go with Akame. She still seemed a little sad so I thought I could try and cheer her up.

Akame: Why are you following me?
