San doesn't say anything at first. He turns to meet Jongho's gaze, the younger not even bothering to mask his concerned expression. This certainly wasn't one of your best ideas.

"I don't think that will be necessary," San eventually speaks up. He keeps his tone soft, almost as though he were fearful of Seonghwa overhearing them. "You should get some rest."

He goes to gently brush your elbow in hopes to guide you up the stairs, but you hastily step out of his reach. "You killed me San. You are the one who left me defenceless in my apartment where Hongjoong ended up killing me so I think the least you can do is take me to Wooyoung."

Again there is silence. Jongho still seems unsure of this idea but no longer seems to object after hearing you. "I'll keep Hwa here, go." He remarks, flashing San a final gaze before stepping outside to where the King still stands.

"You do realise that I am even more powerless against Wooyoung than Seonghwa, right?" San questions you once the two of you are left standing in the corridor. "If he tries to do anything, I won't be able to stop him."

"What's he going to do? Kill me?" You taunt, voice sounding as though you honestly couldn't care less. "I've died once, I'm not exactly afraid if he kills me for good this time. I just want answers."

The silver locked male chews the inside of his cheek as he weighs up the options of this scenario. Doing anything against the King when he is in a mood is the worst time to disobey him, but quite frankly, San didn't care in this moment.

"Don't stray from my side," He tells you. Without waiting for your response, he steps forwards to grab your elbow. In doing so, he blinks you both back to the familiar rotting cottage you had seen with Seonghwa the other week.

You ignore San's only rule upon your immediate arrival. Wordlessly, you stride over to the front door, pushing it open just as Seonghwa had done upon your initial visit.

San curses beneath his breath as he rushes over to be by you again. He stays close enough that you can feel his warmth, but ensures he isn't touching you. It's a calming gesture especially as you step in to what appears to be the walls of your own apartment.

"The Queen of the night cares to visit the mere seer in the woods," Wooyoung's unnerving voice echoes through the empty space. You expect to see him lounging on your couch but he surprises you by standing before door that leads to the balcony.

"I have questions for you," You try to speak with a firm and steady tone, wincing ever so slightly as your edging fear creeps to the surface of your voice.

Wooyoung only smirks at you, raising one of his talon-like hands to tap gently on the stitching over his eyes. That's when you notice his previously platinum hair has begun to return to the natural shade of brown as his roots have started to come through.

"You left the King behind which leads me to believe that he doesn't know about your visit," He jeers. Wordlessly, the being manages to disappear out of the room. Before you can ponder the occurrence for too long, you feel an unsettling cool breath on the back of your neck.

A shiver is sent throughout your body as you do your best to not flinch away from the nail which Wooyoung uses to lightly trace a line across the bare skin of your neck.

"It would be against my best wishes to converse with you," He hisses, in a way that sounds near identical to that of a snake. "Especially without dearest Seonghwa knowing."

"He tells me you are the most powerful man who has ever walked this earth, you can't tell me you're afraid of a mere vampire king," you retort, refusing to allow for the seer to get himself out of having to answer your questions.
