The holidays were over and it was time to get back to work.

Zach could properly walk, barely needing the help of his cane, only to get up, but other than that he was fine.

"Herron, you're next in line."

"For what?"

"Being the bosses assistant...good luck my dude." Zach and Daniel share a look.

"Oh this is gonna be fun." He gets up.

He gets in the elevator and quickly fixes his appearance.

The doors open and Zach walks confidently to his office.

Jack was on the phone with his back turned to the window.

Zach knocks on the door with his cane.

The curly head turns around and a big smile was formed on his face.

"I gotta go mom, love you." He hangs up.

"Hey cutie."

Zach walks up to his desk and smirks.

"Hey there Mr. Avery, I'm your new assistant."

"You're kidding."

"I would never joke in service Mr.Avery." He shoots him a wink.

Jack picks him up and hugs him.

"Okay Mr. Avery, I got stabbed a few weeks ago, don't push it." The curly head kisses him.

"You becoming my assistant came in very handy...I'm going on an emergency trip to Tokyo on Wednesday."

"I don't know if I have my passport updated."

"I got you covered okay?"

"You can put me down now baby."

"Right right." Jack sets him down carefully.

"What's the order of business today Mr. Avery?"

"Angel...I think we're past the last name base."

"Tell me about it." Jack leans him.

"And you calling me Mr. Avery...makes me wanna do some things to you..."

"Mr. Avery... I'm just your assistant..."

"And you're hot and that glass is tinted."

"But unfortunately it isn't soundproof." Zach pushes him away with his finger.

But Jack stands to his ground and grabs his hips.

"God baby you look so good today...but I bet those clothes would look better on the floor."

Zach smirks.

"Someone's needy."

"Oh beautiful, you have no idea..." Jack starts kissing his neck, the brunet gives him more access.

His hands go to his butt and squeeze it harshly.

"You're so fucking gorgeous baby...I just want to make you scream my name." Jack nibbles on his earlobe.

"Baby...we're at work. What did we promise?"

"No displaying our relationship... but you look so hot, it's not fair for me!" Jack whines.

"You think I look hot now? Wait until you see what I got prepared for Valentine's day." He whispers in his ear.

"Tease." He kisses his neck and pulls away.
