YOUR DAYS AT Yale were far from forgotten when you'd moved to Virginia.
It was where you'd met your husband, after all. You don't exactly forget something like that.
Eventually, you'd used all of Spencer's big FBI money to buy a house instead of an apartment, one perfectly between the university and Quantico.
And with some private lessons from the University of Virginia's best arts teacher, Spencer had actually become at least mediocre at portraits.
You got to know the team.
And you finally uncovered Spencer's tragic backstory.
Time went on and the two of you grew as people. You still fought, of course. But who doesn't? You both tell everyone you know it simply keeps things more exciting. Luckily, you always know how to make up.
Your life had come together, through all the bumps in the road. Through everything that wedged itself in between you and Spencer, you'd made it.
In the end, the only thing that mattered is that whatever you did in life, you did it
together.
