Chapter 10

Lauren POV
Yesterday was the happiest I've been in a long time and it is all thanks to Blake. Even my fans have been commenting that I'm happier and it's thanks to him. I know I'm getting over Tayler but my feelings for Blake have definitely grown. I don't want to tell him because I don't want him to think that I'm using him or anything. I want to keep getting to know him.

I woke up and saw Blake was on his phone. "Good morning." I yawned. "Good morning." He smiled, pulling me into him for a cuddle. "Thank you for letting me stay here and thank you for staying with me." I said. "No problem." He kissed the top of my head. "Do you want some breakfast?" He asked. I nodded. "Let's go downstairs, I'll make you something." He said.

We headed to the kitchen. I was still wearing one of Blake's tops and he was wearing grey joggers and was shirtless. It was definitely a sight to wake up to.

I sat at the counter whilst Blake made some food. I watched him make a mess and a smile crept on my face. How can this boy be single? He's really attractive.

"Do you want to take a picture?" He chuckled, snapping me out of my thoughts. I blushed hard. Blake put the food on the counter and sat next to me. "What were you thinking about?" He asked. "You." I said, not looking at him. "Really?" I nodded. "I think your attractive but I don't want to get into anything yet, you know with Tayler and stuff." I confessed. "I get that. How about we take things slow? We can spend more time together and get to know each other." He said causing me to smile. "So you don't think I'm using you?" He shook his head. "No not at all. I think you're a gorgeous girl and I want to get to know you." He said, intertwining his fingers with mine. I kissed his cheek. "I want to get to know you too." He smiled and we finished our food.

It's 2:30pm and I knew I had to go back to the hype house at some point. Blake insisted on driving home.

We arrived at the hype house and I was really nervous to go back inside. "If you ever need anything, you ring me." He said, rubbing his thumb against my hand. I nodded. "Thank you Blake." We hugged and he kissed my cheek. "I'll see you soon." He smiled. I got out the car and headed inside.

I walked outside to the pool and most of the house were already there. Of course Sommer was still here, latching onto Tayler. "Lauren!!" Charli yelled, running over to hug me. "Never ever leave like that again." She said. I smiled and hugged her tighter. "Are you doing okay Lauren?" Thomas asked. I nodded. "Yeah I'm getting there." I smiled.

Tayler walked over to me. "Hey can I have a word?" He asked. I nodded and I followed him into the kitchen. "I was so worried about you." He said hugging me. "I'm a big girl Tayler, I can look after myself." I said, pulling away from the hug. "I know but I'll always look out for you." I smiled slightly. "How's things with Sommer?" I asked. "Really good. I really like her." He was smitten with her.

I was about to say something but I heard a voice. "Lauren come upstairs for a minute." Addison yelled. I excused myself from Tayler and followed the girls upstairs. "Are you feeling better?" Kelianne asked. I nodded. "Spending time with Blake was amazing, I really like him." I smiled. "What about Tayler?" Charli asked. "I'm finally starting to get over him." The girls were so happy for me. "So can you stand to be around Tayler and Sommer?" Addison asked. I nodded. "I think I can. I know it'll be hard but I'm finally happy again." I replied. "Come on, let's go out to the pool." Charli said.

I quickly got changed into a bikini and I followed the girls outside. We filmed some tiktoks and took some pictures. I'm eventually making enough money to pay for myself now. I owe Tayler so much. I'm so happy that I'm becoming successful. I'm definitely living my best life out here.
