Chapter 31

I was shaking and Addison knew it but she reassured me I would be ok.

We all went out by the pool to join the others. "Look who we found." Addison yelled, making everyone look at us. "Lauren!" Nate yelled, running over to hug me.

I gave everyone a hug. It was so nice to everyone again.

"Are you moving back in?" Ryland asked. I shrugged. "I'm not sure yet." I pulled away from his hug and I saw Tayler. He looked so broken and not his usual self. I felt my heart race and I looked at Addison who mouthed 'talk to him.'

I walked over to Tayler and it took so much strength not to hug him. "Hi." I said, smiling slightly. "Hey. Can we talk? I mean properly talk?" He asked, nervously. I nodded and followed him upstairs to his room.

I stood next to Tayler's window and he stood on the opposite side of the bed. We stayed silent for a few minutes.

"I am so so sorry for everything Lauren. I never wanted to hurt you. I was dumb and selfish." Tayler spoke. "I'm sorry for wanting to take a break from us and for ending it. I was just so hurt by seeing you with her again. I don't feel good enough for you compared to her." I said, looking down. Tayler walked over to me. "You are more than good enough for me. You are gorgeous, sexy, funny, talented, caring, intelligent, and sometimes clumsy but I wouldn't change you for the world. I honestly can't apologise enough for going back to Sommer but I promise you I never did anything with her. We cuddled and that's it." Tayler explained.

He paused for a moment.

"What about Blake?" He asked. I looked up and saw the hurt in his eyes. "Me and Blake are friends. He didn't want to intervene with anything." A smile crept on Tayler's face, knowing he might still stand a chance. "Can we get back together?" He asked hopefully. "Tayler... I don't know whether I can put myself through another heartbreak." I said, trying not to cry in front of him. "Please Lauren. Please give me another chance. I'll spend the rest of my life making it up to you." He practically begged.

I could feel my heart breaking all over again. I wanted to be with Tayler so badly but he hurt me and I want to protect my heart.

"I promise there's no girl in this world who compares to you. You're the girl I want to be with. You're my girl." We looked at each other for what like forever, though it was only a few seconds.

"Tay..." I was interrupted by Tayler connecting his lips to mine, his hands on my cheeks. It didn't take long for me to kiss him back. Our lips moved in perfect sync, the butterflies were back in my stomach and I felt my heart racing. It felt so right being here with Tayler. I knew I wanted this. I want him.

Tayler pulled away and our eyes connected. There was nothing but love in his eyes.

"If you say you didn't feel anything with that kiss, I'll leave you alone." He said. I took a deep breath.

I couldn't lie to him. I felt so much with that kiss and I just wanted to do it again.

"I felt so many things Tayler, all of them good..." "Then lets make it work." He said, interrupting me.

He didn't technically cheat on me. This is the boy that I've been crazy about since I was a little girl. Maybe I could forgive him and we could move past this.

"Okay, I think we can make it work." Tayler grinned and pulled me into a tight hug. I've missed being in his arms. He pulled away and kissed me. This kiss was a lot more passionate than the last one.

"Please promise nothing like this will happen again." I looked up at him. "I promise you with my whole heart it will never ever happen again. I'm going to do everything I can to make it up to you, to make you trust me again." He said, his fingers moving up and down my waist. I smiled and cuddled into him. "I've missed you so much." I said into his chest. "I've missed you so much too princess." He kissed the top of my head.

I pulled away and looked at him, taking in the sight of my boy. "What?" He chuckled slightly. "I'm just so happy that I've got you back." I gushed. "We've got a lot of making up to do." He winked.

He connected his lips back to mine. His hands holding my waist and mine were intertwined round the back of his neck.

Tayler pulled away with the biggest smile on his face. "I love you so much princess." "I love you too Tay." "Shall we go downstairs? I know everyone has missed you." I nodded.

We went back outside to join the others. "Well?" Mia asked, causing everyone to look at us. "We're back together." He said, excitedly. Everyone cheered and the girls hugged me. "Does that mean you're moving back in?" Dixie asked. I looked at Thomas who had a smile on his face. "I guess I am." I smiled. Charli hugged me tight. "My bestie is back with me." Charli exclaimed, making me giggle.

"I'll go and get my stuff from Indiana's." I said. "I'll come with you." Tayler replied. I smiled and we headed to my car. Tayler locked his fingers with mine.

We arrived at Indiana's and I told her everything. She was thrilled that I've made up with Tayler and that I'm moving back into the hype house. She was a bit gutted that we wouldn't be living together anymore but we knew we will see each other a lot.

Tayler POV
Lauren drove back home and I kept looking at her. I never thought she would come back to me.

I honestly thought she would end up with Blake but I'm so glad she's with me. She told me that they kissed. I'm not going to lie, it did hurt me but after everything I've put her through, I understand why it happened. I'm not going to lose her again because she kissed Blake.

I am going to make it up to Lauren. I want her to know that I am serious about her and that I can win her trust back.

I love her so much.
