Chapter 16: Let's Settle This! The Final Battle!

A/N: Get ready for a long (ass) chapter. Also bear with me, ok?

In the Pata Pole Palace......
Meden and Hatapon are both walking back and forth in the throne room. "Um..... You two..... Can't you calm down?", Silver Hoshipon asked calmly.

"HOW CAN I BE CALM, YOU BEARDED STAR!?", Meden shouted at him. "Yeah, it's hard to calm down when we don't even know what's happening in the Arena.", Hatapon added.

"Well.... Just trust them. I believe in them. They can win this fight.", Silver Hoshipon reassured. "Yeah...... I know......", Hatapon replied. "GRRAAAHH! I CAN'T TAKE THIS ANYMORE! I'M GOING TO SEE IF THEY'RE OK!", Meden shouted. "Okay..... How?", Silver Hoshipon asked. "Geh...! Yeah.... You're right. I'm just gonna wait calmly....", she said before sitting on the floor.

Hatapon looked outside of the window. "Everyone.... Please return safely."

Arena of Tolerance........

Renki is supporting Princess to walk. They're walking towards the direction where their allies are fighting earlier.
Soon they saw the Trifecta.

Ton is carrying Kan in his back. Kan is unconscious while Chin is using his sword to support himself. Renki and Princess ran towards them. "Guys! You're all safe!", Princess said in a relieved tone. "Yeah... It's all thanks to Chin and Kan here.", Ton replied. "So what happened?", Chin asked both of them.

Renki then tell their story about what happened when they fought Aliza and when they used the spell against her. "Hm..... So it turns out that we're right then. Her power source is coming from The Archfiends themselves.", Chin said thoughtfully. "Yeah, but now she is weaken! We can fight her-" Ton was about to finish his sentence when Princess cuts in. "No. We must first retreat.", she said to all of them. "Wha- Why?!", Ton asked in denial. "Can't you see Ton? We're all exhausted. Kan and Chin already used up almost all their mana and Princess is fatigued.", Renki replied.

"B-bu-but! We've come so far! We can't back down now!"
"I know Ton but if we fought them in this state, we're in a pretty bad shape. And besides there are a lot of monsters in the way. What happens if we get wiped out on the way there?", Renki calmly argued.

Ton was silent. Deep down, he knew Renki was right. But he also wanted to finish this fight once and for all. When he looked at both of his tired companions, he sighed and said, "......Okay..... Let's retreat for now....."
Renki smiled at his reply. But then Ton asked him, "How are we going to go back? We got here thanks to Silver Hoshipon. How are we going to teleport to Patapolis?"

"With Teleport of course!", he replied while smiling. "Wait wha-?!"
"LET'S GO!", Renki shouted as he wave his dagger around. Everything around them was starting to turn to a blur.

At the Pata-Pole Palace.....

Meden was starting to doze off. Hatapon was looking outside of the window while Silver Hoshipon is flying around the room. They were both in deep thoughts when all of a sudden, a Tatepon and Mahopon bursts into the room. They were all surprised by them.

"Um, are you guys ok? You're both panting.", Hatapon asked. The Tatepon spoke, "Lady Meden, Hatapon..... They.... have.... returned."
"Who?", he asked again. "Our Princess and Renki with the Trifecta.", the Tatepon replied. "What?!", Meden shouted before standing up and running towards the door. "P-please wait a minute Lady Meden!", the Mahopon said worriedly.

"Why don't you go with her, Hatapon?", Silver Hoshipon said in a old man's tone. "Okay. See you later Silver Hoshipon.", Hatapon replied while waving his hand before running towards the door to catch up with Meden.

At the Nursing Room.....

They all laid down in the beds of the Nursing Room. They were all resting until Meden and Hatapon burst in to the room. Ton, Chin and Princess had a surprised expression in their face while Renki's ears perked up.
