I started watching HunterxHunter exactly two days ago. This anime has completely changed my life. It is now in fact my favorite anime.
HxH is based on a kid named Gon whose dream is to become a hunter because he wants to meet his father who left him at birth to be a Hunter. Gon wants to know if being a Hunter was worth leaving behind your son.
The first few episodes take place during the Hunters exam, in fact, pretty much the entire first season takes place during the hunter's exam.
During the hunter's exam Gon meets people that will forever be his companions such as Killua.
Killua becomes his best friend and travel buddy. Killua and Gon are together throughout the entire show.
Killua is a 12-year-old kid whose family are the top assassins of the world. His main goal is to escape their wrath, and find out what he wants to do with his life.
I may have only started the anime two days ago, but I'm actually almost done with it. This anime has a lot of episodes which is an amazing thing because this anime had me wanting more ever since the first episode.
