~Hyungwon~

They all went to my place as soon as they received the text that I sent. Shownu said that he have somethings to try that he used when Kihyun fainted before.

We waited for a few minutes but he still didn't wake up so we all decided to bring him to the hospital.

"How do we bring him to the hospital?" Changkyun asked.

"Who has a family driver or something?" Changkyun added.

"I do but he's not home." Shownu said.

"Jooheon, your family have a driver, right?" Minhyuk said.

"Yes, I do."

"Let's go."

The half of us went with Jooheon to call their driver while the other half stayed with Kihyun.

We rushed him to the hospital where the nurses took care of him.

They brought him to a room where all six of us waited for him to wake up.

Wonho and Changkyun needed to leave because it's getting late and it's still a school night.

"Where am I?" Kihyun weakly said.

Jooheon called the nurse immediately as soon as he heard his voice.

"You're awake." Shownu said with enthusiasm but Kihyun ignored him.

"You're in a hospital." Minhyuk said.

"What happened?"

"You fainted." I replied.

Jooheon came in the room with a nurse. The nurse checked his vital signs.

"How are you feeling?" the nurse asked.

"I feel light-headed and dizzy." he replied.

"Have you been drinking the iron supplements that your doctor advised you to drink?"

"Not really."

The nurse sighed and simply shook her head. "We'll have to monitor your condition so you'll have to stay in the hospital for a few days."

Kihyun nodded his head in reply. The nurse left the room after she was finished with his vital signs.

"Does anyone have my wallet?" he said while desperately looking for it in his pockets.

"I have it." I pulled it out from my back pocket.

"Can you take a look if my medical card is there?"

I opened his wallet and found a picture of him and Shownu. My eyes widened as I quickly closed his wallet, I quickly look around behind me to see if the other saw it.

Jooheon nodded while Minhyuk's jaw dropped. Shownu didn't see anything because he kept his head down.

"Is it there?"

"Y-yes."

He sighed in relief, I placed it into the nightstand that was provided by the hospital.

"It's getting pretty late, we still have school tomorrow. You should go home."

"Yeah it is but we can't leave you alone."

"But I'm used to being alone." he whispered. My ears can be classified as useless because I can't hear anything right but I somehow heard what he said.

"I'm going to stay here." I know that Shownu will volunteer but he doesn't have the courage to say it so I volunteered instead.

"Are you sure?" Minhyuk said.

"My sleep schedule is chaotic so I don't care about it anymore."

"How about your things?" Kihyun said.

"I'll take care of it, don't worry about it." I assured him.

They left altogether at once, leaving us two alone.

I have no issue with sleeping in couches so I didn't mind laying down on the couch. He offered me to lay beside him on the bed but I took down his offer. I quickly drifted off to sleep.

For some reason I woke up very early, I usually wake up 5 minutes before our class starts but I guess that today will be different.

His food has already been delivered by the hospital staff before I left so I didn't have to worry about him starving.

A few days have passed by and he's still in the hospital. He's studying through online classes that is specially made for him by the principal.

I feel bad for Shownu because he can barely visit Kihyun. Shownu would sometimes sneak in the room when Kihyun is asleep and he will rush outside if Kihyun is waking up.

We tried other methods, we tried video calling but Kihyun would straight up give me the "wtf" face whenever he sees me videotaping him.

It's a weird thing to do but Shownu would keep bother me until I informed him things Kihyun are doing.

Their relationship is very confusing. Kihyun dumped him but he have a picture of him and Shownu in his wallet.

"What did the doctors say? Can you go home?"

"They said that I can go home tomorrow."

"Finally, you have been here for three days. That's long enough."

"I don't want to go home. My father will kill me because I didn't work."

"He kicked you out, he don't know if you're working or not."

"This isn't the first time that he kicked me out. You know what happens if he kicks me out. He would ask for twice the money that I usually give. I think it's the best if I stayed like this, kicking me out doesn't do anything. It doesn't even give me freedom."

"You're father is complicated. Did he experience the same thing as a kid? Cause that is the only reason for him to do this."

"I don't know, I'm not close with my parents." he sighed. "I'm getting beat up again because I didn't earn money. Yey!" he said with sarcasm.

"You should report him to the police, this is child abuse."

"You have been telling me to do this for years but you know I can't. I tried but I failed. If I tried again, I might as well jump off a cliff for an easier death."

"Oh my gosh......."

"I'm going to be beaten up tomorrow. Should I be happy or not?"

"Are you really asking me that?"

"I don't know." he shrugged his shoulders.

"I talked to your father. You're welcome."

"What did you do?" his eyes widened as he started to realise what I said.

"I gave him a full case of beer and I warned him that I'll put him in the jail if he beat you up again."

"What?! Why would you do that?"

"You do know that you're father likes me because he is friends with a rich person a.k.a my father which means he won't do anything to you or me cause he'll loose a way of getting money."

"Thank you." he sat down on his bed and pulled me into a tight embrace.

I wish I could always bribe his father to stop hurting him but everything has it's limitations.

Atleast, his father isn't as worse as before because he always ask for money nowadays without hurting him.
