bath time

"But..but what if drown?" Karkat said, dave sighed "you wont drown, baby!" The shower head had broken so they where stuck with having baths at the moment, but karkat was having NONE of it.

"But i might! You don't know!" He frowned and dave leaned close, doen to his ear. "What if *I* give you a bath? Ill make sure you dont drown." Karkat looked up at dave "you..give me a bath?" He questioned.

"Yeah, ill even put extra bubbles for it." He the leaned down again"and if you take the bath without being too much of  a whiny bitch ill sit through a romcom with you willingly" he chuckled.

Karkat nodded "can i have a bath right now then?" Dave chuckled and nodded "ill go run it, you stay here and chill." He pecked his lips and went to go run him a bath, with EXTRA bubblesz.

"Baths ready kitkat!" Dave yelled and karkat carefully walked into the bathroom, he eyed the water up curiously.

"Its alright..remember?" Daves sleevez where rolled up and his arms where covered in bubbles, he cleaned them off with a towel before moving over to karkat, he put his hands on the bottom of his sweater. "Arms up, sweetheart." He said quietly, karkat nodded and dave pulled his sweater off, he undressed karkat completely and put the clothes in the corner of the bathroom,

"It always surprises me how soft youre skin is." Dave chuckles and pressed a few kisses to his chest. Karkat blushed and giggled since it tickled.

Dave picked karkat up,"im going to put you in the bath now, okay?" Karkat hummed and nodded.

Dave slowly placed karkat down in the Bathtub.
"Not so bad..is it now?" Karkat shook his head "i guess not.."

Dave smiled and knelt down beside the bath tub. "I would of tooken a bath WITH you if it werent for the fact i had one earlier today." He sighed and karkat blushef a little and shrughed.

"Will you have one with me next time?" He asked desperately. Dave laughed "ofcourse kittycat."

Dave got a jug from out of the cabinet and began covering karkats body in water. "You can wash your own body, ill wash youre hair though." He smiled and karkat nodded "okidoki!" He got passed the soap and began rubbing it all over his body.

He washed the soap off his hands in the water and  dave picked the jug up. "Now, youre going to have to close youre eyes so the soap dosent get in youre eyes. Although it is a soft baby shampoo, so it wont hurt that much." He grinned and put the soap on his hands, beginning to lather it on his hair. "Daveeee!" Karkat groaned "why the fuck do i have to use BABY shampoo?!" The human chuckled "close those eyes rememeber, and its because youre hairs so fucking soft that its recommended to use this one"

Dave massaged the soap into his scalp, the little troll began purring loudly and dave laughed "ohh my goooog karkless." Karkat went red and just went quiet. Dave continued massaging before using a hand to shield karkats eyes and using the jug to pour water on his hair.

After karkats hair was washed, dave stood up and put the jug away "ill get you a towel, hold on baby." He smilrd and went to fetch hima towel, it was one of those wrap towels that where designed to wrap around a person comfortably.

Dave picked karkat up and hovered him over the bath, water dripped off of him and he shiverrd a little, he then wrapped the towel around karkat, putting the little hood thing up on his head, he had previously cut holes out for his horns.

He giggled and dave smiled "come on cutie, lets get you dried." He smiled and began carrying him through to the bedroom. Dave lay him down on the bed, he pulled the hood down off of his head and kissed at his neck and down his chest, karkat giggled since it tickled. "Youre such a lovely little thing" dave whispered, getting him some boxers and one of his tshirts.
Dave began dressing him back up. Karkat sat up and put the towel on the floor. Dave sat down on the bed and placed karkat on his lap, he began singing a little lullaby and karkat scoffed "daaave! Im not a wriggler!" Dave smiled sweetly "i knowww" and chuckled
