"goodbye y/n, i'll love you forever and always" i say as i take a step onto the ledge of the building

"tell my mom i'm sorry"  i look at her one last time.

she's in tears trying to make it to me but she's so far away

i let my body go limp as i lean back to plummet to my death. the breeze was amazing, time just stopped and i felt like i was floating

it feels euphoric

i feel the pain leave my body

no more sadness

no more tears

i just feel free

i close my eyes as i hear the wind fly past my ears as i am nearing the ground

then suddenly i can see myself

falling

i'm about to hit the ground until

i woke up

i pop up from my sleep while clutching my chest and i turn to my side to see a girl looking at me

"are you ok mar? you're sweating" she asks me her eyes searching me for answers

i just look at her and extend my arms out to her to pull myself to lay on her chest and cry.

"shhh, i know baby. it's gonna get better." she reassures me.

i sob into her chest as she rubs my back trying to calm me down.

"was it another one?" she asks looking down at me.

i nod and say "you were in it this time."

"what happened?"

i sit up normally and bring her over to straddle me to look at me.

" i w-was on a ledge and you were sc-screaming and crying running towards me but the more ran the farther y-you got." i say trying not to hyperventilate.

i feel my eyes begin to water again and i feel y/n bring her hands up to my face to get me to look at her.

"hey, hey, i'm gonna be here no matter what. no matter if you want me here, no matter if you break up with me. i love you mariano, okay? i'm here for you." she says looking into my eyes as she starts to tear up

"i love you too, i just don't want to hurt you." i say

"you won't ok?" she releases my cheek and extends her pinky out to me.

"forever and always?" she asks me

i intertwine out pinkies and respond with, "forever and always"

we lean in to kiss our thumbs and then hug

she rubs up and down my back as i start to calm down

i feel safe

pov switch~ y/n pov

as i rub up and down mariano's back i feel his breath slow down and being to rock him.

i feel my eyes begin to sting as i try with all my might to hold back the tears but the soon slide down my face.

'my boyfriend is really struggling and i don't know if i can help him, what am i gonna do?' i think to myself.

mar lays down on his back and turns on his side as i still hold onto him.

"thank you ma for calming me down." he says as he leans down to kiss my forehead

"no problem bubbs, just try and get some sleep ok?" i tell him as i slowly feel my body slip into slumber

"okay." i hear him say as his voice fades out once i close my eyes for the last time.

then i wake up

i sit up aggressively as i look around to see that

i'm in my own room

alone

all i see are labeled moving boxes

"wtf type of dream was that?" i say to myself

"and who the hell is mar?"
