When Christy sat down Mohammed got up from the table to go up to the cashier and collect what he ordered. He wasn't surprised that Christy ordered Munchkins. He knew that Jason and Cecilia loved Munchkins as well.

Her eyes widened and she gave a big smile as she saw Mohamed walk up to the table holding the box of Munchkins. He placed it on the table then he went back up to the cashier to collect the medium sized ice coffee. When he walked back to the table Christy's hands were already delved in the Munchkin box and she was putting morsels in her mouth, he handed her the cup. She took one sip with a straw then she picked up the box again and continued to put morsels in her mouth. All of her nostalgic thoughts about the past and her father diminished as she was eating. Mohamed looked at Christy as she continued to bite into the tiny round doughnuts. He knew exactly what to say... nothing. Christy lifted her head up a bit and saw Mohamed staring at her. Suddenly then all the thoughts of the past came creeping back. She broke into tears.

"Mr. Mohamed, my father don't love me!" She said in between tears.

Mohamed folded his hands and laid it on the table.

"Christy. I am proud for you to be my daughter." Mohamed said calmly.

"I do not know your father, nor your situation, so I cannot make any comments." He said.

"But I do know you. I know you to be an amazing and wonderful girl. My son has chosen to marry you because he thinks the same. If your father does not want to be a part of your life then you do not have to worry. Because he is not the only father that you have." Mohamed said, then he took a sip of his own coffee.

The tears stopped falling from Christy's eyes. New ones began to well up in her eyes, but the new ones weren't from the dismay that she was feeling. It was because of what Mohamed said to her. He really considered her as a daughter, and she no longer felt alone. The empty space that was in her heart transformed into an ocean of eternal bliss. She no longer needed her father Frank, now there was somebody else who was fonder, more calm, wealthier. Not in material wealth, but what Christy craved the most... love. The new set of tears began falling. Mohamed knew now that the problem was fixed, she was no longer hurt.

"Now please finish eating, you have to go do your sister's hair."
