Mother And Sister

CLAIRE P.O.V

It's Monday morning we had a lot of fun on the weekend with Amy, she still is as thoughtful as she was before. I opened the door to the principal office, locked the door and sat down in front of her desk. "Good morning mom"
"Good morning sweetheart how are you doing today and how was your weekend?" she said smiling.
I smiled back "it was amazing really, amy didn't change much she just got taller and prettier" we both laughed. "Mom, when are you going to tell her the truth? I concluded that her best friends weren't in the picture anymore which means she found out a part of her life."
My mom had a faraway look, she looked at me and said "we are not going to tell her about any of this, at least not now when the times is right"
I got angry "mom for how long are you going to keep us apart? She's my younger sister goddammit i should've been their for her when things get rough and hold her and tell her everything is going to be okay. You should've been their for her your her mother too, i don't blame you for what happened i just want my family back. I already lost my dad i can't loose my sister too when i just found her please. "
I left with tears running down my face without waiting for her reply.
On my way out i bumped with someone and almost fell if the other person didn't catch ans steady me." heyy are you okay? " i looked and saw Amy looking at me with concerned eyes
I hugged her and cried without a word.
"it's okay, whatever it is you will figure it out. I'll be with you if you want my company, just don't cry you're too beautiful to cry."
At that i laughed and stepped back, she wiped my tears and smiled at me, i smiled back" thank you for the hug i needed it and for the compliment too. "we laughed at the last part," anytime, I'm here for you whenever you need me and you know my house by now you're more than welcome to come."
" thank you, I'll take your offer sometime. "with that i left to my class.

AMY P.O.V

When I saw Claire leaving the principal office crying, i suddenly felt the urge to hug her and comfort her. That's exactly what I did, it seems to help cause she relaxed and smiled. I entered the principal office to make sure that everything was in order so i can start training but stopped in my track when i saw her head on the table and her heard sniffling. I knew that she was crying too but I didn't know why, i walked around the desk and knelt beside her with my hand placed on her shoulder
"Mrs. principal are you okay?"
She shook her head and continued to cry, i wanted to do something to help her but didn't know what so i asked "umm... Would you like a hug?" she didn't respond instead she turned and hugged me tight, one hand on her waist holding her and the other rubbing comforting patterns on her back. My shirt became wet from the crying but i didn't care all i wanted was to make sure she's okay.
" shhhh, relax everything's fine don't worry about it. Whatever it is you will get through it because you are the great leader of the most important and successful university for over 15 years now. What is a little problem or misunderstanding to you, you are more than capable to overcome it and move on . " she calmed down and stopped crying but still held onto me and i didn't mind. A few minutes later she let go of me i looked at her and wiped the remaining tears on her face and smiled at her she returned the smile. I slowly got up and went to leave i turned toward her" don't worry, i won't tell anyone about today plus you should smile more it suits you " her smile grew and i left to class my question can wait.
