Moving On

AMY P.O.V

I left a message for Lili and took off to the interview with the principal. I dressed up and left everything behind me focusing only on what lies ahead. Half an hour later i parked my car and was welcomed by Mrs. Rayne on the door
"Good morning Amy how are you doing today? You're right on time, this way"
"I'm fine thank you for asking." i followed her down the hallway, she knocked on the door and we heard a woman voice "come in"
We entered the office and were welcomed by a familiar face i couldn't place where i saw it before. The principal was shocked for a second like she recognized me and did not expect to see me but it was gone in a flash, she flashed me her fabulous smile and said "welcome miss Kepler we were hoping that you would consider our offer, please have a seat."
I sat down and Mrs. Rayne excused herself and left. The principal was silent for some time, eying me from head to toe like she's trying to complete a puzzle. I felt uncomfortable and spoke" Mrs. principal, first i want to thank you for the opportunity to lead a such wonderful team as yours, and i want to talk to you about starting as soon as possible I'm more than happy to help you out with the team plus I'm more then qualified for it. "
" of course you can finish your exams this week and start Monday if you want. " she said smiling
" yes thank you, i wont disappoint you. " i got up and was ready to leave when she stopped me.
" before you head out how abut, i show you around campus and introduce you to your team."
I nodded and opened the door for her, and we headed toward the field. Once we entered, i was mesmerized by the beautiful decoration and the space was unbelievable. It was nothing compared to were i used to train or play but i love new challenges and this was my first on the list. Suddenly i was rapped in a breathtaking Hug from a beautiful blond whom I had never seen before.
"Amy you're finally here, it's so good to see you" she hugged me and rested her head between my neck and shoulder. I hugged her back but was speechless i didn't know what to do or say. The principal cleared her throat and said " Claire leave Amy alone please, she just arrived here and i was going to introduce her to the team."
The girl named Claire suddenly let go of me and moved back the hurt and disappointment was written on her face but she quickly covered it with a dazzling smile that caused me to smile back. I was introduced to the team and we played a game to determine their level and i was more than just impressed by their performance.
After all that i wanted to get to know them better so "Great performance girls, i am more than happy to help you all reach your potentials and help you win. As a thank you for the show i am inviting you all to a pizza night at my place or just lunch if you prefer that." i said smiling and laughed at the response" partyyyy!! ! "
" now girls remember drinking too much causes you a hangover and that's not good for playing. " The principal said while leaving and I heard several groans from the team and suckle from the principal.. I was preparing my things to leave when I felt a hand on my shoulder, i turned and saw Claire before me looking uncomfortable, i offered her a smile and that seemed to help her cause she relaxed and smiled back "sorry about earlier, i was just excited all we talk about i who is going to coach us and if we will get along."
"well what's the verdict?" i asked amused
"you are the coolest coach we have ever seen so far" she said smiling.
I have a strange feeling i couldn't shake, that i don't know the whole truth and their is something missing in the picture. I just had to ask "um Claire i have a question for you, it may seem strange but have we met before you seen strangely familiar to me."
Again she froze like the principal but quickly shook her head and smiled "no i don't remember maybe we crossed paths in the caffe that almost everyone spent their time in it"

I wasn't convinced but it'll have to wait "yeah that's probably right, thank you for today."
We prepared our things and headed towards my place and spent the night getting to know each other better.

CLAIRE P.O.V  

Once i saw amy enter the room, i quickly got up and went to hug her. She was a little surprised and confused as if she didn't know who i am. I welcomed her with a smile" Amy you're finally here, it's so good to see you" i rested my head on her shoulder and found comfort in her hug. That's when i heard the principal talking to me, to say i wasn't hurt and disappointed that my own sister doesn't remember me is underestimated. I let go of her and cover my hurt by my charming smile and she smiled back.
We played together and she was more then happy to see us playing, she invited us to a party at her house and we were so excited to see her outside the field. I had to clear the misunderstanding of earlier so i headed toward her and tapped her shoulder. I was so nervous that I didn't know what to say, she offered me a smile and that putted me at ease i smiled back at her "sorry about earlier, i was just excited all we talk about i who is going to coach us and if we will get along."
She asked amused "what's the verdict?"
My smile grew while i said "you are the coolest coach we have ever seen so far"
She seemed to have something on her mind i didn't want to interfere in her personal life yet so i waited and heard her ask the question i was not either ready or willing to reply to "um Claire i have a question for you, it may seem strange but have we met before you seen strangely familiar to me." i tried to find a logic answer then i smiled and said "no i don't remember maybe we crossed paths in the caffe that almost everyone spent their time in it" she didn't seem convinced but it did it for now and thankfully she let go of the question "yeah that's probably right, thank you for today."  after that we all headed to her place.
