We arrived at the party ellie wore a beautiful black dress, Lili wore a stunning red dress it hugged her curves amazingly. Last kate wore a long dress blowing my mind away when i saw her.
"since i am the head of the group and i know by the end of the night you'll be wasted i won't drink too much so i can drive you home. Plus it's my turn anyway, now go have fun but not to much." ellie said to us and walked to the bar and i followed her.
Kate arrived with her boyfriend the famous captain of the football team "jake". Lili grabed a cup and headed toward the dance floor while ellie and i watched everyone having fun.
"you know you should go and dance and try to forget her you know it's for the best."ellie said while watching the dance floor.
"i know but i can't help it every time we talk or every time i see her, i fall in love with her all over again. Kate always was their for me and always supported me. "
This time ellie turned and grabed my hand while dragging me to the dance floor,
"what.."
I was cut of by ellie turning suddenly and stopping resulting in me bumping into her she was going to fall, when i grabed her back up to me. She was so close i could feel her heart racing her breath quickened and her hold on me tightened. "thank you" she said in a whisper. "your welcome" i said while regulating my heart beat.
We stayed like that for a moment then she backed up but stayed close.
"dance with me." and like that we danced over a few songs body pressed against each other and our foreheads touching while smiling.
"you know i wouldn't mind falling for you instead of kate, your an amazing level headed smart charming beautiful person." at that ellie blushed and hid her head in the crook of my neck. Her hold tightened on me and i returned the gesture.
Little did they know that kate heard that Amy was in love with her.
" i know, i am pretty awesome right? 😏"
At that we both laughed, i hugged her and kissed her forhead. She excused herself to go to the restroom and i headed upstairs to have a moment alone.
