A Not so Apartment

Honestly, I wasn't planning on continuing this. But I have author's block right now and decided to at least write out of leisure.

Quickly scouring around for a good while, Reiji quickly found a good condominium already furnished and immediatly decided to rent it. Money wasn't a problem since the clan he was a part of had paid him human money. Considering how many times he had to clean up after his group's mess, it was only fair he was paid a lot.

It was a simple three-story building with three condos at each floor. The building wasn't shabby at all, it was actually one of the most expensive ones out there, and due to that it didn't have much renters, making it the perfect hideout.

"Not bad at all." Reiji said to himself as he plopped down onto the bed.

Stretching for a second, Reiji took a quick look around the condo.

He had a decently sized bathroom, a fully functional kitchen, and a well decorated living room. The best thing about it was the sofa! Reiji had live all his (reincarnated) life in a Japanese style house, he was slowly stating to miss the modern home he had back then.

"This place is really nice," Reiji said as he opened the window looking at one particular view "I can't wait to meet them!" He grinned happily as he stared at Rikuo's school building.

Closing the door, Reiji quickly locked the condominium as he left for the mall.

It was now time for shopping!

"I'd be stupid if I didn't buy clothes, I brought nothing but a sword here . . ." Reiji muttered as he went down the stairs and scurried off to the nearest shopping mall.

Hailing a cab, Reiji left as quickly as he arrived.

Once there, he immediately went to the shopping center and started his search. As he walked, many young girls could be seen gazing at Reiji figure.

His sharp eyes, dainty hair and cool aura attracted the girls attention as he looked both fashionable and handsome at the same time.

"Who's that good looking guy?"

"I've never seen him before.."

"Is he new here? We should introduce ourselves!"

"Kyaa! He's so cool!"

Loud chattering noises could be heard from the girls, Reiji, of course paid no heed to them and continued his search for new clothes.

He was by no means dense, he simply didn't like all those troublesome talking. Besides, he already liked someone else.

Nevertheless, he liked it when he attracts attention, as long as it didn't go overboard.

He continued his shopping for around an hour, grabbing all the clothes he saw that could fit him and bought all of them at once.

He quickly needed to disappear from the eyes of the young girls, as he would like to be portrayed as 'mysterious'. There was a big chance that some students from Rikuo's school were cutting classes, and could possibly see him wandering around.

Going by that hypothesis, rumors might just start going around the campus about a cool 'Rikuo look-a-like' roaming the streets.

He planned on transferring there like Keikain Yura did (the onmyoji girl), as a previous fanboy, it's a platter of cliche he would like to taste.

After finishing his shopping spree, Reiji stopped by a quick fastfood restaurant and bought some burger and drinks. He was hungry.

Right after eating, Reiji took a cab once again and headed back to his apartment carrying most of his bags inside his *fear. He can't suddenly have his shopping bags disappear now can he?

Opening the door, he turned on the lights and went inside his bedroom. Throwing all his shopping bags to the ground and collapsing into his bed.

"Its still early. . I might as well just sleep, the first episode won't really begin in 5 hours or so. . ." Reiji muttered mindlessly as he slowly *dozed off to sleep.

And just like he predicted, Rikuo's schoolmates did cut some classes.
