Reincarnated as Rikuo's Twin Brother | Nurarihyon no Mago

Arrival

The next morning, after a long night travel, Reiji finally arrived at his destination, Ukioe Japan.

As he reached the town, he reformed himself in a dark alley, taking form of his 12 year old human self, he combed his hair to the side and put on his rectangular glasses, and placed his sword in a special red sling.
(Like the one from blue exorcist)

Reiji wore a long sleeve button up and plain black jeans under it. He slung the sword holder over shoulder and went out of the alley with one last stroke on his now, brown and black hair.

"Ah~ brings back memories.." Reiji muttered as he closed his eyes inhaled the noglastic fresh air of his old town.

Finishing his small relaxation, Reiji opened his eyes once again and drew a small smile over his face.

"Its been 12 years since I reincarnated, huh?" he said to no one.

Looking up the sky, Reiji thank the God internally, praising him to no end.

'A fellow otaku being a God.. you are simply awesome! I can't even believe he called himrself Tet (and also looked like Tet), so he like NGNL to!' Reiji chuckled listlessly as he gazed at the bright blue sky.

After dying from an unknown disease, the Otaku God (who has so much leeway) took pity over Reiji (who was one of the very pure-ish otaku) and gave him another chance.

Bringing his soul over to his special heaven quarters, he spoke to Reiji and offered another chance to his life.

**********Flashback

"So your saying, you took interest in me because I'm a fellow otaku and you felt bad for me?" The white floating ball Reiji said to the God, to which he nodded.

"Yep! And since I'm so much a fan of Tet, I'm going to give you a chance like he did to Sora and Shiro!" The God 'Tet' nodded excitedly

"But they're  computer prodigy, while I'm nothing.." Reiji deadpanned as he remembered the legendary [ Blank ] gamers.

"Your mocking yourself as if it's nothing..." Tet muttered in disbelief.

"You'll get used to it."

"Oh, Alright.."

Taking a quick break, Tet faked coughed and went back to the main subject immediately.

"*Ahem* Anyway, unlike every cliche that we know of, I didnt cause the disease." He said to which Reiji nodded "and also like every cliche that we know of, I'm giving you a chance and 3 wishes!" Tet announced.

"Yeah, even though those cliches are repetitive, they are still cool to read and watch." Reiji said tiredly

"I know right!? No matter how much you repeat it, it's still fun to watch those OP characters!" Tet said excitedly, once again going off topic.

After a few minutes of mindless chatter, the two finally went to the reincarnating topic.

"So which world do you want to reincarnate to?"

"Nurarihyon"  Instant reply

"What character?"

"Surprise me"  Instantly replying once again.

"Your wishes?"

"Regeneration, the weapon that can change into anything I choose like the one from Isekai Nonbiri Nouka, and dumb luck, please.

"You have quite thought about this thoroughly." Tet said in amazement.

"I've always been wondering what would I do if I got three wishes."

"That makes sense" Tet said as he posed himself in a thinking manner, then proceeded to float around listlessly. "I wish I could have that moment.."

"You do know your a God, right?" Reiji said confusingly "Oh right, you guys have rules." he muttered finally figuring it out.

"Right..." Tet replied sadly.

The child God floated around the space downheartedly. He signed heavily as he closed his eyes and  flipped himself all around the place.

But suddenly, his eyes abruptly opened!

"Wait a minute!!" he shouted excitedly as he dropped down on the ground.

"W- What is it?" Reiji stuttered out of surprise.

"No one cares about me!" Tet cheered as he opened his arms wide open in joy.

"That's a harsh way of speaking, and what do you mean by no one cares about you?" Reiji replied with one of his eyebrows lifted.

Tet only smiled at him happily, and was jumping all over the place.

"Exactly as I say! They all pushed me away since I was an otaku and they didn't want me there! So no one ever bothers to notice me or observe whether I'm following the rules!!" Tet said happily, gradually speaking in a hurried manner like he was on sugar rush.

"So your not tied to any rules.."

"Exactly!!" Tet jumped for joy.

Reiji could only smile wryly at this child, and nodded like how an adult would look at a cheerful kid.

"Well, since now that were here.. let's get this over with and send me now, you have a whole lot of adventuring to do Tet."

"Yah!!" Tet yelled, then immediately opening some sort of white portal beside him and entering half of his body.

He looked at Reiji one last time and said seriously "Also, the weapon you asked for, I could only give you three transformations."

"That's fine." Reiji nodded.

Tet smiled at this and snapped his finger before he fully entered the gate.

"See ya! Reiji!!"

And with that, Reiji went through his reincarnation.

Remembering this scene, Reiji lowered his head with a soft smile.

"Thanks Tet." He muttered to himself as he rose his head and opened his eyes once again.

"Well, I guess I should find an apartment first! I can't live in the Nura mansion just yet, it's time to set the plot!" Reiji cheered to himself, keeping his voice low so that people won't give strange looks at him.

As Reiji said that, he noticed a boy wearing a middleschool uniform hurriedly running to school.

Everything seemed to be normal in other people's eyes, but in Reiji's perspective, he could see a semi-invisible crow floating by the boy's head.

"Young master! If the young master doesn't use the Nura family's..." The tiny crow dressed in some sort of old fashioned clothes said.

"Jeez, I told you not to follow me in the middle of the street!" The boy shouted and proceeded to punch the crow away from him

"Ack! Heeyy!~" It yelled as he glided away from the boy.

Finally getting rid of the crow, the boy continued to run and disappeared from the horizon.

"Oh~ Its seems that my dear brother is still following the plot." Reiji muttered happily, but this smile of his could only be described as deadly cold in the eyes of others.

"But first, an apartment! Preferably close to that school."

Reiji immediately got rid of his cold smile and turned around in search of his new abode.
