How many times have you caught yourself thinking 'why am I not able to live my best life'?

How many times have you found yourself having big dreams but never really getting close to them?

Our lives are the sum of our many small habits. Those habits make us or break us in the long run.

Below are 21 habits you MUST invest your time in. This is not a list that includes rocket-science to fly you into your dream life. It includes easy yet hard to follow habits. It includes habits that are so heard of that we never really think of investing our time in.

If you're already following it, post a ❤️ beside it. Count your ❤️s and give yourself a pat on the back. Even if you're not following one of these or a few of these, that's not a point. This post's point is to remind ourselves of these little habits and try to follow them regularly.

So here we go!!

21 HABITS YOU MUST INVEST YOUR TIME IN:

1. Wake up early.

2. Get at least 8 hours of sleep.

3. Brush teeth twice daily.

4. Reduce screen time - phone, laptop, TV etc.

5. Exercise daily.

6. Eat nuts and/or fruits daily.

7. Invest in skin care.

8. Meditate.

9. Read everyday.

10. Journal.

11. Plan your day.

12. Be around nature.

13. Witness sunset/sunrise.

14. Avoid processed/junk food.

15. Sleep early.

16. Do not use phone at least 30 minutes before sleeping.

17. Spend more time with family and friends.

18. Indulge in something creative everyday - writing, painting, sketching, cooking, making music etc.

19. Declutter your social media every month.

20. Practice deep breathing.

21. Smile and stretch. (This is something my friend would say often to me. She and her family is currently diagnosed with COVID-19. Please pray for her and her family's recovery.❤️)
