Chapter 4
The Dream
I awoke with the urge to run. The urge was so great that containing my impulses were out of the question. I sprung from the bed and out of the door it seemed in one quick movement. With inhuman speed I ran not knowing where I was going, but knowing I needed to be there Now!
Out of the city and in to the country, through the fields and into the forest I ran. The full moon high in the sky and the fog low on the ground I ran. The Foliage was thick and I struggled to find my way through
"Ugh" I screamed out in frustration
I felt myself panic that I was never going to get there. I stopped in a clearing searching for the next path to take, when I saw something.
Large pale blue eyes with gold sparks around the pupil stared at me from the shadows of the foliage. The clearing where I stood was lit by the moon and the dark green of the thick foliage made the scene. Standing as still as I could I wondering what my next move would be... should be, when I heard a low growl coming from the direction of the eyes.
The eyes blinked and moved forward in the direction of where I was standing slowly, as if to test my reaction to what I saw. The growl I heard was a warning to me, to let me know who had the power in this interaction. On impulse I placed my hands in front of me palms up, as if offering myself to this creature. When she was in front of me I was staring up at her six foot height right in to those gorgeous eyes. I put my hand on her white fur and she Lent her face into my hands in pure pleasure. She let out the best sound I had ever heard, a low purr deep down in her throaty. I felt it all the way up my harm and it vibrated through my entire person. When she nuzzled her nose into the side of my neck I knew she was mine. My beautiful, blue eyed, Siberian Tiger
