"You told Galleous?!" Authulilia snapped at Achillean.
"He had the right to know! he is suffereing from depression. what happens if the child gets injured or worse, killed? who'd know what he'd do!" Achillean argued.
"He thinks he's the last of his family, so it's better off that way untill something happens." Authulilia said coldly.
"Hey, i told him to keep it quiet so that the boy doesn't know, ok? do you want him to die thinking he's the only one of his family left when he has a nephew? how cruel would that be?" Achillean pointed out.
Authulilia sighed heavily and pinched the bridge of her nose. "Fine. until something happens regarding the family, Galleous is to keep this between us. we can't risk him or anyone else being a specific target for the Voltaris."
a bell rang out over the hidden town, making the two Ardoni jump in suprise and head to the nearest outpost. a few Ardonian guards had their spears drawn at something in the mist, a large group heading their way. Authulilia jumped over the fence to get a closer look at the newcomers, sword drawn. Achillean followed with a few other guards, cautiously following the Sendarian.
a figure approached the young female with a sword on their back, clearly not looking for a fight. his green eyes were the first thing that Authulilia saw.
then the clawed hand holding a white flag.
