Jimin couldn't sleep that night. His mind racing with the possibilities of the next Stage. All that they knew was that the platform shifted from medieval time, to futuristic settings. Jimin was expecting more challenges similar to Stage one's, but that car changed everything. Hoseok got a memo last night, and as usual he was staying up all night to study it and take out as much information as possible from the limited amount of data. They also received a map. Jimin remember Hoseok was grumbling about how the map being unusual.
"I don't think that it's the complete map. I guess we will get more pieces"
Shifting on his bed, Jimin rolled to his other side, staring at the open window. There was no moonlight today. Just darkness tinged with the artificial light. The orange hue of the thousands city light, seeped into the room and Jimin could see the outline of the window sill. The Central province was never asleep. Taking turns, people worked all day long. One during the day, and the other during the night. It was so unlike his province. At night, Jimin couldn't hear any man-made noise. Only the soft whisper of the breeze, the gentle rustling of the leaves and the different calls of the nocturnal animal.
Jimin sat up straight when something came to his mind. The central province was futuristic as the century could get. He crawled off the bed and rushed to the window. He tried to stir his memories from all the times he had watched the Games on his television.
His eyes shifted around to every corner of the view that was out of his window. He clicked his tongue when he couldn't find what he wanted. He tried one more and then after failing again, he rushed out. There was one large window in the main room; Jimin tried searching from there.
And he found it.
"What are you doing?" Jimin turned to see Hoseok standing by his room's door, with a tablet in his hand.
"I think I found a clue" Jimin answered. Hoseok raised his eyebrow placing the tablet down on the table. Soon, a disoriented Yoongi emerged from his room, rubbing the sleep of his eyes.
"What's going on?" His voice was groggy and hoarse, taking Jimin off guard. But he shook it off, and walked to the central table and switched on the hologram.
"Can we get the map of the city?"
Hoseok furrowed his brows but nonetheless opened the city's map. It was focused in the on building to they were staying in. Jimin pinched on the virtual screen, zooming out to see the full map.
"Open up the map for the Stage two" Jimin ordered.
Hoseok seemed to understand where Jimin was getting and quickly shared the screen to open the map they had received. Jimin put the two screens side to side and compared it. Yoongi and Hoseok were able to get what Jimin was doing and helped him in the process. The youngest clenched his jaw, finding it next to impossible to spot anything.
He walked back a little to get a wider look at the maps
"No way" Jimin muttered.
"What?" Yoongi questioned, walking next to Jimin, "What did you find?"
