I sat at home waiting for my baby brother to walk through the door he's grown so much over the past 5 years I missed him so much. Now is the time I have to tell him about his father he was invited to the Family reunion since he is his biological father he was 10 years old he has lived with my uncle this is the first time we have seen our fathers side of the family I heard a knock at the door and slowly got up with Armani in my arms opened the door as Adonis stood at the door
"Don! I missed you" I said about to cry amazed as to how big he got moving a little
"I missed you where my niece?" He curiously taking his mask off
"Say hey mama I tickling her," I said rocking the baby back and forth
"Now gimme my niece Autumn I missed you so much," He said with forming tears
"I missed you too so.. I called you over here to see if you wanted to go to Dad's family reunion" I briefly paused "Now hear me out Dad's dying and his dying wish is that we meet his family and that he sees mom in the hospital but we all know that's not gonna happen soon."I said looking at him
"But I came down here for you for your birthday, not his family reunion" As he said that Brianna came down the stairs fully dressed and ready to go
"Oh Adonis this is my best friend Brianna, Brianna this is my baby brother Adonis" I watched as they stood and looked at each other for a while I tapped Brianna and cleared my throat

"Why does she got all that stuff?" I asked Adonis
"We got a family reunion coming up in Georgia we leaving tomorrow"

"You wanna watch a movie?"
"Yeah sure" I took the remote and put on Netflix

"Yea that's cool with me," he said sitting down next to me
My phone started ringing it was an unknown number

"No, she said she was going to your place"
"Bet," he said hanging up
"Aye I think something is going on between them"
"Me too when we are on face time she barely puts her face in the camera and when he comes in the room she always hangs up"

"Maybe it's about her grandpa?"
"What happened with them?" he asked

"Autumn where you been?" he paused "I been texting and calling you where.have.you.been."
"Baby its alot of traffic an-" he grabbed my throat and squeezed it he face my face roughly and slapped me I felt blood trickling down my lip I knew that was gonna leave a mark
"Autumn why do you make me do this?" he said to me as a tear fell from my eye he let go of me
"I love you" " Do you love me?" he asked I nod just then I hear gunshots ring outside
"Lucas what's going on"
"Hold on" he grabbed his gun from the closet and ran outside I ran out with him 4 gunshots rang out and bullets hit my arm "Lucas" I cried out I looked towards Lucas and his body dropped I ran in the house to get Armani who was crying and my phone
''9-1-1 what's your emergency?"
"Hello my boyfriend just got shot and I'm shot in the arm my address is 2844 Ashton rd"
"Ma'am, where was your boyfriend shot?"
"Once in the stomach and once in the chest he's bleeding hurry"
"Ok ma'am police and paramedics are on the way right now"
"Autumn?" Lucas said faintly
"Yes, baby?"
"I love you so much'' he coughed
"Shh baby I know its gonna be ok" I heard police sirens and the ambulance coming closer
I rocked Armani back and forth in one arm and the other one bled I noticed a familiar car drive by our house as I looked into the car I was horrified I looked around the door and seen a yellow sticker that read: "If I can't have you no one will"
