The next morning I woke up to a throbbing pain going through my whole right leg starting at my ankle. I open my eyes and feel the tears well within them.

"Ashton?!" I whisper scream. I don't want to wake anyone because I'm sure it's early, but this pain is unbearable.

"Hmm? What?" Ashton asks in his raspy morning voice, which is actually quite sexy.

"Can you get me some pain killers? Like now." I say through gritted teeth. A tear spills over and runs down my face.

"Yeah. I'll be right back." Ashton says as he quickly but carefully gets out of bed and runs out of the room. I grab the bed sheets between my fists and fight with everything I have to not cry out in pain.

"Here. Take these." Ashton says when he renters the room with two pills and a cup of water. I down the pills and wait for them to kick in. "Any better?"

"Not quite yet." I say, taking deep breaths. He sits down on the bed next to me and rubs my left leg in comfort.

"So what exactly did you do last night that got Harry to sleep?" Ashton asks. I think over last nights events in my head almost reliving the whole thing. Ashton called saying that Harry was freaking out and that I needed to come over, so I did. When I got here the two brothers were yelling at each other and I knew that wasn't the best thing for the situation. I had told that to Ashton and he snapped on me. I don't think he meant to, but it did scare me a bit.

After Ashton left the room last night I sat down on the floor next to Harry, already assuming I might be there for a while. I had told him that there was nothing to be afraid of. That he had the greatest big brother in the world. I told him that Ashton would risk his own life before he let anyone even touch him, which is completely true. I've known this idiot for a week and I know that he would do anything to protect the people he cares about. He has a big heart. I think that's why I've started to fall for him. Well that and the fact that he's incredibly gorgeous.

"Oh nothing much really. Just that he has the greatest big brother in the world and that he can be quite intimidating when he has to be." I finally answer.

"Yeah, about that. I'm really sorry. I didn't mean to snap like that. I guess I was just really frustrated that I couldn't get him to calm down and go to sleep. I would never intentionally yell at you or do anything to hurt you. Even if you don't want to admit it, I saw the fear in your eyes. I don't ever want you to feel afraid of me. It honestly scares me that you could fear me. That feeling hurts worse than any heartache I've ever experienced." Ashton explains. I sit up and smile at him. Then I pull him close enough to place my lips on his in a nice, slow, passionate kiss. I pull back but he quickly reconnects our lips. He lightly pushes me causing me to lay back on the bed with him hovering over me.

The kiss starts to heat up and his tongue traces my bottom lip. I grant him entrance and he begins exploring my mouth. I moan and Ashton smiles into the kiss. He positions himself so he's straddling me and he presses his body against mine. It doesn't go unnoticed to me that Ashton has a boner and I giggle at the feeling against my leg. Ashton breaks the kiss and looks at me with lustful eyes.

"As much as I want to continue, we should probably stop before we rush into something we might regret later." Ashton says. I nod in agreement and peck his lips once more before he stands up.

"Where are you going?" I ask him as he starts walking away.

"To the bathroom to, uh, well.."

"Yeah I get it." I giggle. He gives me and awkward smile and then rushes out of the room. I sit there smiling like an idiot at the fact that I almost had sex with the guy I met a week ago. I also just realized, all of that completely distracted me from the pain that has now disappeared from my leg.

PS Also (for anyone who doesn't like it) sorry for the sexual content that almost happened (and to be honest might happen in the future...just saying) I've been writing a teen fiction that is a bit kinky so I've been writing with that sort of mind set.
