Part Nine

Marie woke up to the sound of the tv. She was sure she turned it off before she went to bed the night before. Marie got out of bed and looked. She saw Mitch, Sarah and Sarah's friend all sat watching a film.
"What time is it?" Marie asked.
"11am we thought after yesterday we would let you sleep. Don't worry Mitch has been fed". Sarah said. Looking at her mum.
"I had pancakes". Mitch said. Making Marie smile.
"I must have been tired". Marie said sitting down on one of the chairs.
She got her bag and took her phone out.
"Sarah, have you done everything you needed to do?" Marie asked.
"I have yes, what time do you want to head back tomorrow?" Sarah asked.
"Well what time is your father picking us up?" Marie asked.
"I asked him to be here for about 2pm". Sarah said.
Marie nodded and saw her phone.
3 new iMessages. Marie clicked on them.

Ex:
What did he say?
I will be picking u all up about 2pm.

Marie:
He asked a lot of questions .
Wanted to know why I never told him. He wants to c him. I will have to sort something out  

Ex:
Well I can be the 3rd person if it makes things easier for the time being. U will have to agree on how many times a week he sees him. And where etc. Have u thought of terms and conditions. 

Marie:
Yes  I know. That would be ideal. Make things a lot easier and also means Mitch wont be to unsettled. Will have to start of slow so Mitch gets use to him.
Yes and I hope he agrees to them.

Ex:
Well he will have to. He doesn't have any parental rights so he can't  argue what ever terms u decide to set.
And if he doesn't then it will effect Mitch and like u said u don't want him to unsettled not with him starting school soon.
What did u tell him about Mitch?

Marie: 
Just when he was born, his name. Told him his parents knew but I told them to keep it from him.
I have a few terms and conditions when its sorted I will tell them him throw text. He knows I don't want to speak to him. No he doesn't have any rights and that's his fault

Marie opened up the next message.

Dylan:
There isn't a day that hasn't gone by how much I wish I could turn the clock back.
The fact that u was pregnant when we divorced hurts me. I regret what happened that day.
The person set me up. I know it's no excuse. But it's true.
I can't undo what has happened if I could I would.
No it's not Mitch's fault. But I do want to see my son.
Im not happy u kept me out of his life for 4 years. But I do get why. Please let me spend time with him. I'm also not happy about a 3rd person being involved. But if it is the only way I get to see my son. Then I will agree to it.
My birthday. Wow. So we can celebrate together. Has it is coming up.
But maybe we should c. I don't know my son. So it will be good for me to get to know him.

Marie took a deep breathe after reading the message from Dylan.

Ok.  I go back home tomorrow. I will talk to Mitch in a way so he understands who u r. As he doesn't know who his father is   He hasn't really asked   So once I have spoken to him
Again if u loved me u wouldn't have cheated on me   Would not have mattered what she did etc.
Right now I will speak to the 3rd person who is Sarah's father and he will be the one who will be picking him up etc. A few hours until he gets to know u.
Has for his birthday. I don't know. U will need to make sure ur off on days and it doesn't involve u taking him on set while filming  
Maybe u can see him for a couple of hours this week.  U will need to tell me when ur free.
Their will be terms and conditions and Sarah's dad will also have them. So if u break any of them he will tell me.
