Chapter 9: Looking at you

"Thanks for the coffee, Jungkook."

"No problem. And thank you for returning my wallet."

They smiled at each other.

Jieun noticed that Jungkook was way different than what she expected him to be. It's just been days since she first met him but she feels like she's been with him for years.

"So, who's that Mark guy from awhile ago? Ex boyfriend?"

Jungkook took a bite from the blueberry cheesecake they got, distracting Jieun with the way he licked his lips.

"Uh. No. He's just a friend."

"Hmm. Really. It doesn't seem like it." Jungkook raised his eyebrows at her.

"Well, he actually tried asking me out once."

"Uh huh."

Jieun bit her lip as she watched him eat his cheesecake sexily. Why does everything he do looks hot to her? Why?!

"But I rejected him. But still, we're good friends."

Jungkook stopped chewing and watched how she bent down as she grabbed the plate in front of her, showing a full view of her cleavage. He suddenly felt hot.

"Are you okay?" Jieun saw how Jungkook's face turned red and he looks like he's feeling hot, well aside from looking hot, he literally is hot like sweating hard.

"Uh yeah. I think there's something wrong with their AC."

Jieun was about to stand up but some girl pushed her causing her coffee to spill on her chest area and her dress.

"What the f---"

She glared at the three girls who just passed by her. She watched them gather around Jungkook.

Jungkook was about to help Jieun but the girls around him was pushing and pulling him towards them.

"Omygosh! Jungkook! You look so hot in person!"

"Can I take a picture with you?"

"Me too!"

Jieun rolled her eyes at them. How dare them to ignore her like that and act like she's non-existing. Like, hello? I'm here.

"Uh... Excuse me."

Jungkook stood up but the girls just pushed him and forced him to take a picture with them. Jungkook groaned in frustration.

"Thanks, Oppa! We love you." One girl kissed Jungkook's cheeks. The other two giggled and talked how hot Jungkook was as they walked away from the table.

Jieun just stood there, watching them harass the poor guy. She saw how he looked so pissed while shoving the girls away from him. What she read online about him being rude to his fan girls are kinda...true. She chuckled at that thought. She can't blame him, though. Those fan girls are way more rude. Tsk. The struggles of being famous. But even though he treats them like that, girls still can't get enough of him.
