Double lines means a pregnancy  test was positive.

I couldn't stop staring at the double lines on the pregnancy test strip in my hands that Racheal took.

Positive

She was pregnant.

With my baby.

I immediately pulled her in to the tightest hug

"Oh. Girl your squeazing me." She breathes trying to escape from the hug.

I immediately let her go

"Sorry. Oh my gosh I just so happy. Ahhh. You don't know what you are doing for Mason and I. I couldn't thank you enough"

Tears were already pouring down my eyes.

"It's okay. It's your biggest dream and I'm glad i can help you"
She said.

I can't believe I have a friend like her.

It's in the toughest time that you know your true friends.
I can't believe she's doing this for me.
All for nothing.
Gosh I love her even more.

She was currently hugging Mason who was showering her with numerous thank yous

I can't believe this was happening
In a few months.

I'll have a baby.

I'll have my baby.

I don't think I've ever been this happy before all my years long sorrow were finally going to end.

I wasn't going to be childless again

Mason wasn't going to loose his shares

We'll all be fine

At least that's how it was supposed to be.

*************
4 months later

I woke up to an empty bed.

From the sound of the shower running I knew Mason was in the bathroom getting ready for work.

The last 4 months have literally been the happiest of my life

Racheal and the baby were healthy and everything was going to be fine.

The sonogram said the baby was a boy

My son.  I was going to have my son in my arms in the next 5 months or less.

This stupid smile that hasn't left my face in the past months made its was back to me.

Ring!! Ring!!

A phone ringing interrupted my chain of thought.

I checked and it wasn't my phone.  So it had to be Masons.

I let it ring to voice mail Not wanting to pick it up thinking it was someone from his work.

After a while it started ringing again

Sighing, I went to the night stand and picked up the phone.

I checked the caller ID and it read bunny.

Tf was bunny?
Who was bunny.

I was confused and my heart started pounding in my chest as the phone stopped ringing and a message came in from Bunny.

Looking back to make sure that mason wasn't out of the bathroom yet, I decided to open the text message.

With shaky hands I read
