Lunch. My saving grace.. or so I thought. Walking out of the office, I expect to have Sam standing outside my office as he usually does now. It seems that the more time I spend with him, the sweeter he gets. He almost offered to buy me a chocolate one day because I had told him I wasn't feeling too well. Mark never buys me chocolate anymore, and it's quite disappointing.

But once I step out of the office, it isn't Sam who's standing outside my office, but Stacy? I shoot her a friendly smile but she just gives me a grimace. Turning on my woman's powers, I could tell it was boy problems.

"Um, hey Nat. Could we talk in private for a sec?" She asks.

"Yeah sure, what's up?"

We begin to walk down the stairs to the cafe, as she begins telling me her story. Turns out she doesn't like Andrew, but actually really likes Jace. Her hanging around Andrew was all to make him jealous.

"Wait, so do you and Andrew have an agreement of some kind that he helps you make Jace jealous?" I ask curiously.

"Yeah, Andy agreed and said that he ships it."

I smile and laugh, "Oh Stace, would you like my help?"

She looks at me with hopeful eyes and nods feverishly. I giggle a little bit and we begin our planning. After finishing with our plan, we now know what's going to happen at lunch:

Heading into the cafeteria, Stacy and I split up. I take Sam aside to tell him the plan and Stacy takes Andy (Andrew) to review the plan with him as well. Leaving Jace and Elaine alone. I could obviously see that Jace liked Stacy, and got a little bit mad when we had said that Andy and Stace (Stacy) would make a great couple. Now the plan was set, Sam would take Jace over to a separate table and start talking with him about who Stacy should end up dating, Andy or Joe. Joe was actually just a made-up character by Stacy and me. Stacy and I would go sit at a different table that would be right next to Sam and Jace's table to talk about "cute" boys.

As the group splits up and Sam goes to get Jace and start their conversation, I stand in line to get my food. Approaching the cashier with my food, I hear a familiar voice in front of me. How did I not notice this dude?

"So, anything special planned for lunch today?" I hear.

"Not really Alexander. How about you?" I ask politely.

"Cut the bullshit Nat, we both know you're about to go pull a scheme." He chuckles and turns around. I just stare at him shocked. Why am I always shocked around this man??

"How did you know?" I ask as he begins checking out.

"You're quite obvious," he states while swiping his card and finishing checking out, "just like you were quite obviously jealous this morning." He winks and walks off with a proud smirk on his face.

I stand there dumbfounded, not even given the chance to respond with an: 'I was not!'.

"Miss, are you going to check out?"
