When I stepped onto the side walk, Michael threw his arm around my shoulder and slipped the keys I gave him into his pocket.
"I can't believe I'm actually doing this. Michael I just snuck out." I laughed looking up at him.
"You're such a dork." He smirked as he pulled my body closer to his. I bit my lip and blushed as our bodies made contact.
"Damn. That blush." He smiled and looked at the ground. Of course, my blush only deepened and butterflies exploded in my stomach. As we walked closer the the party, unfamiliar faces swayed to the music with various colored cups in hand.
People waved at Michael and greeted him as we walked in and I realized how odd we must look together. Multiple times, I caught other girls in short skirts staring at him as they sipped on their drinks. Michael must have sensed my jealousy because took his arm of my shoulder and intertwined his fingers with mine. He squeezed my hand and he looked into my brown eyes to make sure I was okay.
Michaels breathing quickened and his body stiffened when he spotted a tall brown haired guy standing in the back of the room. He must have noticed because he smirked and starting walking towards us. Michael managed a fake smile as he greeted him.
"Hey Kyle." Michael stated plainly.
"Sup Mickey. Who's this?" He said looking me up and down. Michael gripped my hand tighter and I started to loose the feeling in my fingers.
"This is my girl, Heather." Michael ran his other hand through his hair. My heart raced and I smiled uncontrollably.
"Where'd you find her at?" He continued to look at me as he spoke. I looked around at the rest of the party to avoid his green eyes. I found Ashton by the fireplace laughing with Everett under his arm. Michael found them at the same time that I did because he blew Kyle off and lead me towards them.
"Can I talk to you for a minute Ash?" Michael asked. Ashton kissed Everett on the cheek before walking outside with Michael.
"Let's go find some drinks." Everett said still smiling as she watched Ashton walk away. She grabbed my arm and together we walked into the crowded kitchen. I sat down on an empty stool and she walked further into the kitchen in search of drinks.
"This is for you." Kyle smiled as he handed me a cup.
"Uh thanks." I desperately searched for Everett. I took a few sips to be polite before I stood up to go find Everett. As I walked through the kitchen I began to stumble and I became increasingly dizzy. I propped myself against the wall as the room began spinning.
Kyle smirked and licked his lips while he pinned me against the wall. He grabbed my arm and dragged me towards the stairs. I tried to call out for Michael but the words seemed to get stuck in my throat. By the time we reached the top of the stairs I couldn't walk anymore and Kyla dragged me into the first unlocked door he could find. He threw me down on the small bed and attempted to remove my black t-shirt.
"What...did you." I slurred and tried to keep my eyes open. Tears fell from my eyes as Kyle leaned over me and left a trail of kisses on my jaw and down my neck. The door slammed open suddenly and Kyle looked up to see who it was. He smirked when he lsaw Michael standing in the doorway, fists clenched at his sides.
"Get the fuck away from her." Michael yelled as he pushed Kyle . He punched Kyle in the mouth and Kyle returned the blow. Anger raged through Michael as he took one last blow to Kyle's face, leaving him passed out on the floor.
Michael turned to me immediately after and scooped me up in his arms. He wiped the tears from my eyes as he whispered how sorry he was in my ear. Whatever Kyle put in my drink was still taking affect as the room continued spinning.
"I...I think he..he put something in my drink." I slurred burying my head into his chest. He carried me out of the party and out to his car.
"I'm so fucking sorry, Heather. I never should have brought you here." Michael clenched his jaw and rudely pushed past people who stood in his way. I was still breathing heavy, but being in Michael's arm made me somewhat calm.
