Kennedy walks into the apartment as she's immediately welcomed by Peyton hugging her from behind.

"Hey P.", she says smiling and turning around to face him. "How was work?", he asks leaning down and pecking her lips.

"It was good, these three little girls I had today were so cute and they were so sweet and respectful.", she says walking backwards towards the kitchen.

"Makes you think about having one of our own?", he asks following her and sitting at the island.

"Yeah, kinda.", she nods opening up the pack of chicken that she left in the sink.

"There you go.", Kennedy says putting a plate of chicken alfredo in front of Peyton. "Thank you baby.", he says. "No problem.", she says grabbing her plate and sitting down in front of him.

"That was amazing, per usual.", Peyton says while taking their plates to the sink. "Thank you boo. I'm gonna take a shower real quick.", she says standing up and walking to the bathroom.

Kennedy finishes drying off and moisturizes her body while rapping along. Once she finishes and gets dressed, she picks up her phone to text August while walking out and going to lay down.

The Next Morning

August and I spent a lot of time talking last night and he ended up making an appointment with me to do his hair.😂 He's really good at holding a conversation. He's so smart, wise, and super sweet. I had to wake up early to open up shop, so I had to take myself to sleep.

Kennedy is setting up her station and dancing to her playlist that gets her t'd up until she hears the bell on the door ring.

"We're not open yet. Oh hello, who are these for?", she asks turning around and noticing a bouquet of roses in the mans hands.

"For a Ms. Banks", he says holding out the roses.

"Oh well that would be me, thank you.", she smiles taking the roses.

"You're welcome, have a nice day.", he says smiling and walking out of the shop.

"You too!" she says smiling and smelling the roses before pulling the card out and reading it.

"Another thank you for doing my nieces hair and an early thank you for doing mine. Have a good day and I'll see you on Friday, beautiful. -August"

For me to think these were really from Peyton, silly me. August is so fucking sweet, smile plastered on my face for the rest of the day.☺️
