The phone rang against my ear. I patiently waited for her to answer. Ashton was no where to be found and I needed to talk to someone.

"Hello!" I sighed happily when she finally answered.

"Hey Bayli!" I was so happy to have finally found a friend in this place.

"Oh hey Harley, what's up?" Her voice was muffled a bit like she was in the middle of something.

"Do you want me to call at another time or....?" My voice trailed off a bit. I really wanted to hang out and talk now but I would understand if she couldn't.

"No, no! I'm just getting ready to go get a tattoo." I laughed. I had seen her and she didn't seem like a tattoo person. Sure she had small gauges but I just couldn't imagine her getting something like that. Not that tattoos were bad, I was planning on getting one myself.

"Would you mind if I tagged along?" I tried not to sound desperate but it didn't seem to work out that way.

"Omigoodness no! I need someone's hand to hold anyways while I'm in pain." I laughed and sighed in relief. "How about I meet you at your place and then we can head to the tattoo parlor."

When Bayli arrived at the house, I was ecstatic. I said my goodbyes to the boys, Liz and Anne Marie. When I reached the car I noticed another girl I hadn't met in the car, in the passenger side. This girl's hair though was something else, long and flowing down her back in slight caramel waves ombreing into a lighter blonde color. She had beautifully winged eyeliner and I felt like I had seen her somewhere befor ebut couldn't put my finger on it. I averted my eyes and got into the back seat of the car.

"Hey guys! I really hope I'm not interrupting anything you had planned for today!"

"No, no it's all good but we do have a rule before we take you to the parlor." She laughed and raised an eyebrow, oh Lord.

"I'm Charlotte by the way!" She leaned over the center console and reached her hand out to shake mine. I grabbed her's in mine and gave her a firm handshake.

"Harley." I was so bad at this whole socializing thing.

Bayli pulled out of the driveway and looked down at her GPS probably making sure she didn't get lost. We drove for a good 20 minutes before she put the car in park at a dingy looking building. The sign on the front was very blunt with what they were selling as all it said was Tattoos and Piercings. I stepped out of the car and felt a slight breeze causing me to wrap my jacket around my body a bit more.

"Don't judge a book by it's cover, Harley." I nodded my head to acknowledge Charlotte's words. We walked in sync into the tattoo parlor. My palms began to sweat with nerves, of which I don't know. I wasn't even getting a tattoo for Christ's sake!

But you could.

I subtly laughed under my breath at that and looked around. Lining the walls were hundreds of framed tattoo designs and under those were framed swinging signs covered in more designs. In glass cases there were piercings of different shapes and sizes littered about in an artistic way. My eyes were wandering curiously around the room, it was a hell of a lot cleaner than I thought it would be.

"Hey, how can I help you guys?" Asked a man with sleeves and a few piercings standing behind the desk.

"Yeah, well I'm getting a tattoo, and my friend here," Bayli pointed to Charlotte, "she's getting a piercing too, and I'm not quite sure about my other friend so ask her."

Bayli, Charlotte, and the man turned to look at me. I looked down for a moment.

"I'd like a piercing please." My voice sounded small but firm.
