Chapter 7

"I... Am?"

"Of course." He smiled.

I bit my lip, and suddenly wrapped my arms around his neck. Parang nagulat siya sa ginawa ko, so his body froze. He just wrapped his arms around my back to hug me.

Nang matapos na ang ride, umalis na kami ng Tagaytay. I keep glancing at my wrist, just because I'm wearing his bracelet. I feel like I own him already.

"Dinner muna tayo before going home, what do you think?" He asked.

"Okay lang." I shrugged.

"Anong gusto mo?" He asked.

"You. I like you." I said.

"I know, pero anong gusto mong kainin?" Ulit niya.

I giggled and answered his question seriously, "Anything will do."

In the end, he brought me to a fine restaurant. Maraming tao dito, at mukhang mga mayayaman.

"It looks expensive here, Lev. Maybe we sh-" He cut me off.

"This is fine. All on me." He tapped his chest, which made my eyes widen.

"Anong 'all on me'? You paid for lunch a while ago! Let me pay!" I insisted.

"Ako ang nag-aya, kaya ako ang magbabayad. It's okay, Aria. No need to worry about me." He smiled.

I just rolled my eyes, and let him do what he wants to do. He ordered so many food na hindi ko na alam kung paano namin mauubos 'to.

"Lev, I think this is too much." I said.

"It's okay, enjoy your meal." He seriously said.

While we were in the middle of eating, I saw him turn around when a girl patted his back.

"Coleen." He called.

"Hello, Lev. I see you have a date?" The girl smiled.

It's her. His girl bestfriend.

Patago akong umirap, at nagpatuloy sa pagkain ngunit tinawag ako nung babae.

"Hey, I'm- Oh my gosh! Aria?!" Gulat niyang sabi.

"Hello." Hilaw akong ngumiti.

"I see, ikaw ang date nito ni Lev! Naks, naka jackpot ka ngayon, Lev ah!" The girl laughed.

"Ako lang 'to, Coleen." He said, which made my eyes roll.

"By the way, gotta go. Tinatawag na ako, bye bro!" She said, at nakipag-beso pa kay Lev.

Yuck.

"Let's eat?" He asked.

Tahimik lang akong kumain, hangga't sa matapos. Nag-paalam ako para mag-cr, so I did. After I went outside the cubicle, I saw Coleen, Lev's bestfriend.

I slowly walked up to the sink, so I could wash my hands. I almost jumped, when she talked after putting on her lipstick. I must admit, she is pretty though. Bagay nga sila ni Lev.

"I see you guys got a date." She said.

"We just hung out... In Tagaytay." I said.

"Date nga." She chuckled, "Infairness ah, hindi type ni Lev ang mga katulad mo, but he still chose to hang out with you." She said looking at me from head to toe.
