"H-huh?" I stuttered.
"Sorry. Aria, I'm sorry." He said, and looked away.
"Syl..." I called.
I looked at Lev, and saw him looking away as well. Lumingon sa akin si Syl, with his brows raised. Like, he's waiting for what I'm going to say.
"Sorry." I said.
"Okay lang, pero sana hindi mo 'ko iwasan. I'll get over you... Sana maging kayo ni Lev." He gave me a small smile, and walked away.
It hurts for me that I hurt the feelings of my bestfriend, but it's just... We couldn't be. I looked at Lev, and he's looking at me as well.
"Ari..." He called.
I didn't say anything, and just gave him a small smile. I was about to walk away, when he pulled my arm, and pulled me in for a tight hug.
"Lev, w-what are you doing?" I asked.
"N-nothing..." He let go, and looked away.
"Huy, tama na 'yan! Tara, Aria!" Nicole laughed.
"Wait!" Sigaw ko sa kanila, and looked at Lev again.
"Thank you." I smiled.
"Anything." He said, and walked away.
"Ari!!" Nicole called me again.
I walked up to them, and saw them in wide smiles.
"What?" I asked.
"Let's not go to school tomorrow! Wala pa kaming game, and I'm sure wala naman tayong classes tomorrow. Let's go to the bar!" Faith said.
"What?" My brows furrowed.
"Ay, bingi ka na 'te? Sabi ko, bar tayo! Let's celebrate your win." She said again.
"Overnight tayo sa condo!" Aya naman ni Nicole.
"Sama ka, Syl?" Napalingon naman ako kay Syl nung tinanong siya ni Thea, nagkatinginan kami pero agad rin siyang nag-iwas ng tingin.
Nandito na kami sa gilid ng stage ngayon, na nag-uusap. Ang tropa nila Chase, ay hindi ko na makita.
"G lang." He said with no expression on his face.
"Ano na, Ari? Ikaw nalang hinihintay namin, hello!!" Nicole said, while waving his hand in front of my face.
"Yes, fine, okay!" I said.
"What's going on here?" Aura joined the conversation.
"Kasama ka diba?" Tanong ni Faith.
"Kung kasama si Ari." Nagkibit balikat siya.
"Yeah, I'll be going." I simply said.
"Great, complete tayo!" Thea said happily.
Nakapag-paalam na kami, kayla mommy and luckily pumayag sila sa awa ng panginoon. Paalis na sana kami nang may tumawag sa amin.
