"W-what?"

My lips parted from what happened. Did.. Did we just kiss?!

I pushed him away, as tears started pooling inside my eyes. I walked up to my bedroom, I don't care if he's following me I closed the door and sat on my bed. I covered my face to cry.

"Hey," I heard him.

I quickly wiped the tears off my face, before looking up. My eyes met his, he looks like a guilty puppy. He sat down beside me.

"Hey, look... I'm sorry, okay? I'm so so sorry... Nadala lang ako ng emotions ko, I'm sorry, Ari..."

"It's... I-It's okay.." I said forcing a smile.

"Ari," he said and grabbed my face.

I looked at him, my lips parted when I saw his eyes tearing up. I gulped, and I was about to talk when he suddenly talked first.

"Aria, please... I'm... I'm so sorry, hindi ko sinasadya. I didn't mean to kiss you, please.. I'm so sorry, I am so so-"

I saw his eyes widen, when I pulled him in for a kiss to shut him up. He kept saying sorry, so I wanted to shut him up.

When we let go, he looked at me confusion is drew around his face.

"It's okay, Lev... I understand," I forced a smile.

A tear fell down his cheek, he pulled me in for a hug. I wrapped my arms around his neck. I missed him, I miss his hugs.

"Lev..." I called.

"Yes, baby?"

"Why did you leave me 5 years ago?" Hindi ko na napigilang magtanong.

He broke the hug, and held my two shoulders. Biglang dumilim ang aura ng mukha niya, his jaw clenched and he gritted his teeth. He looked mad, he looked like he's ready to kill.

"Lev?" I called worriedly.

He took a deep sigh, and looked away before looking at me again.

"I'll... Just tell you soon, not now, okay? I don't want you to be sad, it's your birthday. I promise, I'll tell you soon," he said.

"Okay," I nodded and smiled.

He pulled me closer to kiss me on the lips, but his head went up to kiss my forehead instead.

"Let's go down, now. Mag-retouch ka, nasira makeup mo. Sabi kasi sa 'yo, 'wag kang iiyak eh," he said and shook his head.

I chuckled, and retouched my makeup before we both went outside. I jumped a little, when he put his hand on my waist while we both walked back to the party.

God, I miss him so much.

"Ooohh, sabi na eh!" Sigaw ni Tito Philip kaya napatingin ang ibang bisita namin.

I looked away as my face started to heat out of embarrassment, I looked to mom and dad to see them both smirking while whispering something to each other, but they're sight is at Lev's hand on my waist.

"Lev, you're hand," I whispered.

"Why babe?" He asked which made my face heat even more.

Damn, I feel like a red tomato.

I saw Aura standing with Sev, they were both smirking they both walked past us but Aura stayed next to me and said, "Time to blow the cakes, dear twin sister."
