When is this going to end?!
It's been fifteen minutes since this meeting has started. Everyone - well the first ten of every level and the operatives - is here.
I bring the warm rim of my cup to my mouth, sighing in pleasure when it touches my lips.
The aroma of hot chocolate floods my nostrils releasing endorphin throughout my body.
I smile at the thought of a day off. A day that doesn't include these stupid meetings.
It's been a year that I've been a field agent and the most I've done is watch Celeste take all the credit for my friends hard work.
My eyes roll as I think about her. Her stupid crystal blue eyes, her stupid platinum blonde hair, her stupid-
"Agent SA2! Shall I remind you that day dreaming is the thing that got you your place on the scale?"
I lift my head immediately to meet Fawn's face. Her grey hair in a small bun and her wrinkles surrounding her eyes being hidden by the glare on her glasses.
My teeth grit by themselves at the sound of that comment. The endorphins now leaving my body.
"Right. Sorry Operative Fawn"
Fawn raises her thin eyebrows at me as she crosses her arms. I hear the other agents mumble remarks and giggle when Flora nudges my arm.
"Sera! This is the third time this week." She whispers, complaint accompanying her now high pitched voice.
"I'm sorry!" I say whispering back "you can't expect me to sit through the same meeting three days in a row and not be bored to death."
She giggles, her green eyes turning on me as she places her ginger hair behind her ear.

Before she can answer he runs in. His white blonde hair in a quiff, his glasses falling down the arch of his nose as he struggles to keep his papers between his arms.
"Sorry I'm late! I have big news." He stops in the middle of the presentation Fawn is giving, his smile brighter than the last few days.
He pushes his glasses back up and turns to face us.
"What is the meaning of this interruption MO5?"
He stutters as he begins speaking.
"I- I- I have news on Xavier Walker!"
Fawn smiles at this new announcement. Her thin lips pushed together so much that wrinkles appear above her top lip.
"Well Share it with us agent."
"Ok so it's not exactly about Xavier but it's about one of his closest men."
Fawn pinches the tip of her nose with her index finger and thumb. Frustration more than obvious. I have to laugh at the scene going on in front of me.

She's never really been fond of our little trio. I'm not sure why. We make a great team. Flora is a tracker, Mikey is a...well I guess you could call him an investigator and I am a field agent.
Yet her and some of the other operatives fail to see the good we do especially since Celeste started taking the credit.

"His name is Greyson Walker." Mikey holds up a picture slowly moving it from one side to another showing all of us agents who are already seated.
"He is the son of Xavier's partner. If we can get to him then we may have a lead on Xavier." His smile makes the dull grey walls appear brighter. I smile back at him. Mikey is the positive one out of the three of us. Flora gets frustrated easily (being a tracker can cause frustration 90% of the time) and I- well I complain a lot. I guess. I take a sip of my beverage as Mikey continues.

"I think we should get Agent FB9 to track him!" He says. Flora yells at the thought and slowly slides down her seat.
"Agent MO5 next time you interrupt a meeting at least bring something useful to us. You may be seated."
His expression changes. A frown growing on his square shaped eyebrows.
"Operative Fawn with all due respect this is more than helpful! We could find not only Xavier Walker but also Lucas-"

"Michael! I suggest you take a seat. We can discuss your inadequate timing later."
He mumbles something as he works his way through the agents. After pulling a chair out next to me I gently push his arm.
"Hey don't worry." I whisper "We can get Flora to track him later."
He smiles and Fawn gets back to the last thing she was talking about.
Before she can finish her sentence the dark grey abstract walls behind open. The LED blue lights in them causing the most dramatic entrance.
Ugh.
She's here.
"For the success of IAO, who's late now?!"
She spins around but before she can attempt to yell, Celeste walks in. Her long, straight platinum hair falling behind her back. The skirt she's wearing so tight that everyone can see the outline of her nickers and her top so opaque that her boobs seem bigger than they already are.
She flashes me a smirk as she walks towards Fawn.
