So much for 'meet me sharp at 12! Don't be late!'

Here I am, waiting on my annoying sister at the exact time she wanted me to, and she is the one late.

I'm already dreading waking up this early from that party from last night, but what makes it worse, is the horrible hangover I was provided with on the side.

Yesterday, the team and I celebrated our first win of the season. And if our first win was that important, I wonder how us Sway Boys will behave during our next wins.

Even though last night was crazy, I'm not shocked at the amount of people there were, crowded in our house. When we win out football game, we fucking party.

And we know how to throw a damn well party.

Our game went great but that wasn't all too shocking, Sway Boys rock- plus other team members too.

"Hey, hey! Sorry I'm late!" I see my sister enter through the chiming door of the empty Starbucks just off campus.

It was empty because— I mean, which college student would be coming here at 12:00 am on a Saturday?

Every Friday was spent partying at some of the best parties thrown on and off campus.

"Why the hell did you call me here Aubrey?" I ask as she places her thousands of shopping bags on the ground.

"Well I wanted to tell you something important, but aren't you just peachy?" She says with a small grin, which I happen to snarl to.

"Fuck, you couldn't have just waited till like 5? You had to text 'sos' a billion times. It's a Saturday for Pete's sake," I say huffing.

"Let me guess... Blake Gray and the rest of his frat house had yet another party last night, causing your massive hangover?" She asks sarcastically but I can't help and nod, I mean everything she said was correct.

"In our defence, we beat the lions and that is our first victory, so we had to celebrate," I say with a smug grin as my little sister rolls her eyes.

"Any excuse to party right?" She says. "Okay, so I don't want you to get even more grumpy with my news, so at least get a coffee, to cure your hangover or something, because I know, you'll be pissed with what I have to say," she says with a small frown and I stare at her blatantly.

My 19 year old sister was never upset. Throughout her whole life, she has stuck happy faces and fake smiles, so seeing her sad, concerned me- a lot.

"Uh- Okay. Give me a minute," I say and head to order my coffee.

What the fuck could make Aubrey sad?

But I look back up to see the barista in front of me. Woah.

Her golden hair was tied in a pony tail and covered by her hat, but I got see strands flying out. Her hazel eyes looked at the screen in front of her as she pressed buttons.

Then her eyes met mine, and I stood there- watching, like an idiot. "Hello? Sir?" I hear her speak and instantly calm at the sound of her sweet voice.

"Right sorry, I'll take a decaf," I say and continue giving her the rest of my breakfast order, figure I might as well eat here.
