It was finally Friday and classes just finished, meaning it was time to unleash my plan for Brynn.

I walk through the halls near her dorm with peace this time— who thought this would work?

Well definitely not Noah, he laughed at me when he saw me and heard my idea. But it worked!

Which makes things ten times easier for both Brynn and I. I was currently wearing a ginormous fake beard and baseball cap which I put my hood on top of to make sure no one sees me.

And somehow, this stupid plan, works.

I knock on their door and Lila answers. "Hi, can I help you?" She asks.

"Yeah, can I see Brynn Kelsey?" I ask in the most deep voice I can pull.

"Who are you?" She asks, straightforwardly.

"She'll know me," I say.

"Yeah, you better hope she does." She says, her words scaring me a bit.

From what I knew, Lila was very protective towards Brynn. The few times I've been in their dorm to watch movies or study with Brynn, Lila is beyond sweet, but when some outsider comes, up goes her shield.

But it's a reassuring feeling knowing that when I'm not there, if someone hurts Brynn, they'll get the ass kicking of their lifetime.

"Bree!" Lila calls and Brynn steps into the doorway. "What's up?" Her sweet voice asks.

God how much I've missed that voice even though I saw her a couple hours ago in Biology.

"This man, says he knows you, you know him?" Lila asks once again and Brynn shakes her head.

"You heard her buddy, get out," Lila says, a bit more firmly.

"Calm Lils, just me," I say pulling my beard down so they can see a bit of my face. When I went to the store with Noah, I asked for the beard that did most coverage, and this one really did the trick.

"What the—"

"Blake? What are you wearing?" Brynn laughs.

"My disguise, now before anyone sees me, can we go somewhere?" I ask, mainly looking towards Lila.

"Oh, don't ask me. I already ship you too, all up to this one now," she says nudging a blushing Brynn.

Too damn perfect.

"Yeah, hold on a minute," she says and I assume she goes to change.

"Can you two date already?" Lila asks rolling her eyes.

"I ask myself that same question," I say and quickly realize I just said that out loud— to Brynn's best friend and roommate, the one who lives with her and can tell her anytime.

"Oh god— Lila please don't tell her," I plead as Lila develops a smirk.

"I won't, I promise, but do you ever plan on making a move?"

"She wouldn't say yes, she wants to be just friends," I roll my eyes at the memory.

"I wouldn't be too sure of that." She says and before I can ask her 'how she knows' or 'What do you mean?' Brynn came back.

We said goodbye to Lila and walked towards Noah's car that I burrowed.

As for Lila spilling my beans? For some odd reason unknown to me, I trusted Lila. She seemed like the girl that kept everyone's secrets.
