Makoto's POV

"I-I'm sorry did you s-say s-Sayaka committed s-sui...cide...?" I said barely able to form the right words.
I couldn't even make the whole situation sink in.
Byakuya's words were swirling around my head endlessly.

Byakuya slowly nodded and embraced me. Much like the others were with each other.

I started to softly cry in his shoulder.
"It will be ok Makoto...I promise."

Just knowing I'll never be able to forgive her...even after all she's done, she didn't deserve...t-that.

It's my fault.
I should of been kinder.

I suddenly felt it hard to breath.
Why does my chest hurt so bad?

I looked back up at Byakuya.

"B-Byakuya...I-I feel like I-I...I-I'm..."

I couldn't finished that sentence.

Byakuya's POV

I watched Makoto stumble backwards.

Luckily I caught him before he fell.
"Makoto? Makoto!"

He passed out?!

I quickly layed him our flat on the floor.
I felt his heartbeat.

He's still breathing, but there's something wrong.

Makoto's heartbeat wasn't normal.

Most heartbeats have a regular pattern, but Makoto's kept on skipping beats.
T-this...!

Asahina noticed me and Makoto and ran over to us. "Is Makoto ok?!" She asked, getting down on one knee and bending over Makoto. I shook my head."I-I think we need to bring him to the hospital.
Asahina nodded and quickly pulled out her phone. She dialed 911 and started to explain the situation.

The rest of the class started to noticed what was going on and made there way over to us. "Byakuya? What happened to Makoto?" Kyoko said, rushing over to us.
"He passed out, and something is wrong with his breathing." I explained, trying to sound as calm as possible.
"I-I think I might now what happened." Kyoko said, quickly getting down and putting her hand on Makoto's heart to feel his heartbeat.
"Was he close with Sayaka?" She said, taking out a small notepad and writing things down. I nodded. "I think they were childhood friends."
Kyoko wrote this down and stood back up.
"I have a suspicion but we will need to contact and actual doctor, did you call an ambulance?"
I pointed over to where Asahina was
"I told Asahina too."
"Good."

Soon, the ambulance arrived and most of us made our way to the hospital.
