Brianna and Ricky actually got back together and got married 2 years later and had three kids named (2 boys 1girl) Chloe, Dean, and Devin. They moved to Florida and has a beautiful life.
Sarah and Kian didn't really work out. they broke up after she found him cheating with Kathy. She eventually started to fall for Jc. They started dating and 3 years later they had one kid named Nathan. They got married 1 year later and still live in the O2L house.
The other boys went in their separate ways. Kian found a nice girl named Coleen. Sam actually found another Sam. Connor stayed with Sofia and they had 4 kids. And trevor is still single as a pringle.
