Chapter 28- I Like You, Maybe Even Love You

Betty POV

Jughead went outside to get Pj before he did anything bad. Maddie fell asleep. But she told me what happened first.

"So what happened" Jughead asks walking into the room with pj.

"I told you Casper fucking raped her" Pj says

"Watch your fucking language" Jughead says and i roll my eyes.

"She told me Carlos did it" I say and Jughead frowns.

"No Carlos didn't do shes-"

"Lying. Your sister just got raped by your friend, Which weren't even supposed to be here in the first place"

"Jug" I say

"No Betty. I told you multiply times no friend while we're gone. But you just do what the fuck you want like its your house. You are fucking 16, 2 more years then you can do what the fuck you want." Jughead says.

"I'm sorry I was bored and wanted company and i'm not a fucking loser like you were in high school," Jughead face soften when he says that, " And that I have actual friends"

"Shut up! Both of you" I say and Jughead walks out of the room.

"Mom" Pj says

"Just got to your room" I say and he walks to his room. I have to wake Maddie up so we can take her to the ER she is bleeding a lot.

"Baby can you get up please" I say and she opens her eyes.

"My stomach hurts" She says.

"I know can you put these on for me so we can go to the doctors" I say and she nods. She sits up and starts getting dressed. I walk into my bed room and see jughead sitting on the bed with his head in his hands.

"Jug" I say and he looks up at me.

"I'm so sorry betty. I sorry i shut you up earlier" He says.

"What do you mean?" I ask.

"When you said my name to stop i said no betty and continued to talk and ruin my relationship with my son" He says and sits back on the bed.

"You didn't ruin it" I say.

"Yeah i did he fucking hates me" he says.

"You guys were just upset you both said messed up stuff" i say and he sighs.

"We gotta get going" Jughead says.

"I love you" I say.

"I love you too always" He says and walks out of the room.

I change my shirt and walk out of the room.

"Is she ready?" I ask Jughead.

"Yeah we were just waiting on you" Jughead says.

Later that day

Maddie POV

Mom and dad left to get some food. The doctors said that everything looks fine. They just want to keep me here to make sure nothing happens.

"Hey Maddie" Casper says and sits by my bed.

"What happened to your face" I say and place my hand on his face.

"Your brother messed me up a bit" He smiles and places his hand on mine.

"Why you didn't do it" I say.

"I know, he... he knew Carlos longer so he probably doesn't want to believe his best friend did something that bad" he says and i nod.

"Are you okay?" He asks.

"Yeah i'm fine Casper" I say and then there is this awkward silence.

"About what...Carlos said earlier. Was..was that true? Do you like me" He says

"Uhh yeah i do" I say and look out of the window. 

"Hey look at me" He says and i look toward him. Then he leans in and kisses me.

"What was that for?" i ask as we pull away.

"I like you, maybe even love you" He says.

"Well i like you maybe even love you too" i smile.
