2 week later
Jughead POV
Betty invited Archie and Kevin over for dinner. We are watching a movie. Alice and my dad came over to check on Maddie and to hang out also.
"Dad" Maddie says and walks down stairs.
"Whats up babe" I say and she sits on my lap and i wrap my arms around her. I kiss her head and then the doorbell rings.
"I'll get it betty smiles."
"How are you feeling Mads" My dad says.
"Better than last week" She mumbles into my chest.
"You are so brave" Alice says and Maddie smiles. And then we hear yelling and betty calling my name.
"Whats going on" Maddie asks and sits on the couch.
"I don't know" I say and walk to the front door with my dad.
"Reggie it's not our fault" Betty says.
"Yes it is!" Reggie yells and then pushes betty.
"What the fuck Mantle!" I yell at him and My dad helps betty.
"What the fuck are you doing? Do you want me to hurt you" I say. I can't believe he put his hands on my wife.
"Why are you pressing charges against my son" Reggie says.
"How do you even know that yet" I ask.
"Pj told them" Betty says. What the hell is this kid doing.
"How do you even know it was him it could of been the other kid" Reggie says.
"Because we have security cameras in our house and betty and i watched them when we came home. It showed him walking into her room and leaving. Then Casper walked in there and called Pj." I say.
" I don't believe you" He says.
"Fine look" I say. I take out my phone and go to the security video. He watches it.
"Fuck" He sighs "He...He told us that he didn't do anything and he never went into her room. Im so sorry" He says
"its whatever but i want you to leave" I say. He nods and leaves. I look at betty and hug her.
"Baby are you okay" i ask her.
"Yeah im okay. But what are we gonna do about Pj. He shouldn't be telling our business to other people and he wasn't in our room when we were talking to Maddie" she says.
"i don't know" I sigh.
"Mommy what happened" Presley says and runs into bettys arms.
"Nothing baby we're fine" Betty says and kisses her head.
"Pj locked himself in his room" she says.
"Ok we'll go talk to him"I say and me and Betty walk upstairs to his room.
Betty knocks on his door " Pj can we talk"and we get no answer.
"I'll go get the key" I say and walk downstairs.
"What going on Jug?" My dad asks me.
"Nothing we are just gonna talk with Pj" I say and grab the keys. I walk back upstairs and betty smiles at me.
"what are you smiling about?" i ask her.
"Nothing" she says. I unlock the door and it smells like archie's room back in high school when he started smoking weed.
