"We have two options, medically and emotionally: give up or fight like hell." - Lance Armstrong.

The Telmarines started launching catapults at the Howe, landing dangerously close to us. I watched with my sword withdrawn, as I shared a look of worry with Edmund, then the Telmarine Calvary charged.

"One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, get ready!" Peter shouted to the Narnians, as the plan took action. The ground fell beneath the Telmarines. dropping them into a ditch, and the archers released their arrows, killing some of the soldiers in there. Edmund ran up to a horse, getting on it and I charged on foot with Peter towards the opposing army. I slashed at as many opponents as I could, determined to win for Narnia. As I was fighting, I failed to see the Telmarine coming up behind me. Upon hearing him I spun around, with barely any time to defend myself, only to have him cry out in pain, and fall limp before me. Looking up, I saw Edmund had fired the arrow, now embedded in the soldier's back. He rushed up to me, helping me skilfully onto the back of his horse, not stopping for a second.

"Thanks!" I gasped, gripping onto him, just enough to stay on, but not enough to restrict any movements he may need.

"Anything for you." he said, not turning around to look at me, I understood though, we were in the middle of a battle.

"Back to the Howe!" Peter shouted to the Narnians. Edmund, Caspian and I stopped to double check we all heard the same thing, we rushed towards the Howe, only for it to be destroyed before us. Edmund quickly helped me off the horse, and went to stand with Peter, looking out towards the Telmarine army. Susan joined us, and Edmund chucked his crossbow to the ground, pulling out his sword. We ran together as a team, killing any Telmarine in sight. One Telmarine sliced my leg. I grimaced in pain, then stabbed him in the gut. That hurt. In the brief second I had to spare, I glanced down to see the damage, seeing a deep cut with blood gushing down my leg. Fuck. I couldn't stop though, so I fought through the pain, using all my adrenaline to get me through. I stopped and stared, scared at the lines of Telmarine soldiers marching towards us, and I was already hurt.

"Caspian!" I shouted, upon seeing him falling into a ditch. I rushed over to the edge, only to see the Telmarine against him, pulled into the wall by the roots of a tree. I gaped in awe, helping Caspian up and watching the trees come to life, I knew Lucy had got to Aslan now. Caspian quickly thanked me, before gazing at my injury.

"Arabella, you're hurt." he observed, wanting me to treat it properly.

"There's no time!" I shouted back at him, readying myself to fight even more.

"Lucy." Peter said, making everyone else understand what happened. "For Aslan!" he bellowed with a new confidence.

"For Aslan!" we all yelled with him, charging yet again towards the opposition. I have never done so much running in my life, never again. I ran with a slight limp after the retreating Telmarine army. We came to a halt at the river, seeing the Telmarine army had stopped. I saw the blockage. There stood Lucy proud and tall, pulling out her dagger, daring the army to come closer. I thought it was iconic. We all glanced at each other in amazement, as the little girl managed to put a stop in a whole army. Then I saw him, Aslan slowly walking up behind Lucy, he was everything the Pevensies had described and so much more, I could feel his power radiating to everything nearby. The Telmarines got over their shock, then charged across the bridge, towards them. A stupid idea on their part. Aslan roared loudly, causing the Telmarines to stop in their tracks again, and the water began to sway unevenly, towards a large wave coming towards the bridge. As it got closer it turned into a water God looking thing. I watched, not wanting to miss anything, because I knew I wasn't going to get another chance to see something like this again. The water God tore up the bridge and swallowed Sopespian, ending the war as all of the other Telmarines retreated. Black dots invaded my vision, I looked down at my wound, it was bleeding really heavily. I blinked rapidly, the pain becoming unbearable, my head spinning out of control, eventually the darkness took over.

"Arabella!" I heard someone shout, they sounded far away. The last thing I felt was someone picking me up.
