i just left my room to tell my mom that she's staying and i find everyone sitting together
"hey Lav!"
"hi mom. so Arias mom and step dad are on a vacation for a few days can she stay over here?"
"isn't she mean to you" my mom asks
"she was but she's not anymore"
"are you guys even friends?" uncle zek says
"not really but she told me how her other step dad she would have to go to hurts her and i don't want that to happen to her"
"well then yeah she can stay. we can get her stuff later"
"yay okay well i'll go tell her bye!"
i run up to my room and before i walk in i hear her talking on the phone
"no i'm not coming tonight" she says
"no mom said i don't have to because my friend is letting me stay over"
"yes i do have friends!"
"i don't like your house i'm staying here."
"no i don't want to you can't make me"
"i don't care what the court or lawyers said. my mom said i can stay here so i am staying. i don't even have a bed at your house"
"im NOT going to your house i don't care. bye now. if you want me to be there then you should actually be nice to me but you aren't"
"actually you never are. you let your husband and kids be mean to me"
"whatever i don't care that you say you love me you clearly don't. now stop calling me"
she stops talking and i walk in
"hi who was that?" i ask walking in
"oh you heard me"
"yeah i didn't want to interrupt"
"oh well it was my mother she asked if i was going to her house and well you heard"
"by the way my family said you can stay"
"thank you for that. i know i'm probably not the best person to stay at your house"
"i rather you stay here then have to go and get abused. especially since it's going to be for a week he has the chance to do things all week"
