NOTE: This one will probably give you feelz. This one is angsty. Very much so. With a bit of fluff at the end because that's how I like it to be done. This is long. WARNING! This one will mention suicide and describe someone self harming. I will mark the place where it starts and ends so you can skip it if you want.

IF YOU FEEL LIKE THIS PLEASE DON'T TAKE IT INTO YOUR OWN HANDS. PLEASE, I'M BEGGING YOU. YOU ARE WORTH MUCH MORE THAN YOU WILL EVER KNOW. YOU WILL NEVER KNOW HOW MUCH YOU COULD HAVE DONE. YOU WILL NEVER KNOW BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T LIVE LONG ENOUGH TO FIND OUT.

Carlos looked over at Jay and Lonnie. He wanted to cry. He hadn't told Jay that he was in love with him. And now Jay was taken. Carlos felt useless. He felt like all the words people had called him over the years were true.

He was a freak, he was stupid, he was ugly, he was ignorant, he was disgusting, he was an abomination, he was unlovable, he was unwantable, he was dumb, he was a joke, he was unsuitable for society, he was a piece of dirt on the floor.

The thoughts carried on circling round his head in a never ending loop. The words were hurting Carlos and so was seeing the one person he loved happy. He didn't want to think these thoughts, but no matter how hard he tried they wouldn't stop.

"Hey guys."

It was the other happy couples. They were coming over, that did it for him. Carlos stood up and fled out the room. Holding back his tears long enough to get to his room and lock the bathroom door behind him. He picked up the one thing he promised himself he wouldn't.

A razor.

His grasp was tight on the metal object as he looked at it in a daze. He wanted to so badly. He'd promised to stay clean about 3 years ago. But he hadn't been for nearly a year now. He pulled off his top and looked at his stomach. He never did his wrists, he'd made that mistake once.

He looked down at his stomach. He pulled of his pants too, leaving him in just his boxers. He stayed like that for a moment, looking at the scars. Both old and new. He looked himself in the mirror. His reflection stared back at him, before changing into Jay.

Carlos almost sobbed. Almost. He looked at the mirror again, before looking at the photo next to it. Jay. He looked perfect, with his perfect skin, perfect hair, perfect looks, perfect everything.

Jay was perfect.

Carlos wasn't. He knew that much, had done for a long time. He brought the razor closer to his skin. He pressed it against his stomach, pushing hard enough for a small river of blood to form and drip out. More and more cuts. Each one for a reason.

A freak - one. Stupid - two. Ugly, ignorant, disgusting - three, four, five. An abomination - six. Unlovable, unwantable - seven, eight, nine. Dumb - ten. A joke - eleven, twelve. Unsuitable for society - extra long and extra deep, thirteen. Piece of dirt on the floor - fourteen. Unnecessary - fifteen, sixteen, seventeen. Selfish - eighteen. Annoying - nineteen. Useless, trash, broken - twenty, twenty one, twenty two. Pointless - twenty three. Failure - twenty four.

After that he stopped naming reasons. He just cut, some shallow, some deep, some short, some long, some a mix of two. Before long, his life force was tumbling out of him like a water fall. Carlos felt light headed, but he brushed it off. He didn't want to stop, not when the feeling was euphoric.

He blacked out. Nothing could have been done about it. He was going to die. Maybe then he would be happy.

! TRIGGER ENDS HERE !

The bathroom door swung open. Jay stood in the door way, having just picked the lock. He stared at Carlos' body on the ground. He did nothing for a moment, then he called the Fairy Godmother for an emergency.

She came rushing in. She saw Carlos. She froze. Then she did something no one expected of her. She made the wand appear from nowhere and cast one of the most powerful, complex and dangerous spells ever.

"Influunt in Corpus, anima et mente cura et auxilium custodiunt eos firmum, ut absorbeatur."Translation: "Flow into the body, soul and mind, heal them and be absorbed to help keep them stable."

Fairy Godmother walked back out, praying and hoping she'd done the right thing. Jay stayed behind, watching to see what would happen.

In front of his very eyes, Carlos' cuts closed, his blood flowed back into him, the scars remained. But that was something Jay didn't mind. Jay loved Carlos, but he didn't believe he loved Jay back.

That's why he got with Lonnie. Just so he could get over Carlos. Lonnie was doing the same thing for her crush. So they weren't actually a couple, but nobody knew that other than themselves. Jay hadn't meant to hurt Carlos, but he had.

"So stupid. Honestly Jay, you couldn't see that it was hurting him. Some friend you are."

Jay was talking to himself. He did it a lot. He only ever did that when he needed to, which was quite regularly. He self-deprecated - talked bad about himself. He knew it was bad, but often needed it to keep him on track.

Jay picked up the younger boy and placed him gently onto his (Carlos') bed. Jay went to his own bed and climbed in. After a few minutes of failing to sleep, he gave up. He stayed lying on his side, facing away from the broken boy.

Carlos shifted in his sleep, he was tossing and turning. He woke suddenly, sweating profusely and shaking. Jay leapt into action. Standing up and coming behind Carlos.

"Hey."

The word was spoken softly. For comfort. Carlos turned to Jay, tears still in his eyes. Jay reached forwards and brushed Carlos' tears away. He didn't think about it, but both of them liked it. Neither pulled away. Carlos spoke. His voice still shaking, but he spoke.

"Jay? Do you love me?"

"Yes."

There was no hesitation in his reply. He knew that he did. Carlos looked at him funny. Jay stared back into his mesmerising eyes.

"Prove it."

That took Jay by surprise. He was expecting a reply, but that wasn't it. Jay knew what he had to do. Or rather he knew what he wanted to do. So he did it.

Jay leaned forwards and captured Carlos' lips with his own. The kiss was soft, slow and gentle. The boys liked it. Jay pulled back a bit. He breathed in and out several times. Carlos waited for a moment and then crashed their lips back together.

The kiss began to heat up as the passion and unsaid feelings were bucketed into the action. The boys pulled apart. They didn't want it to get too heated. Jay lay Carlos back down and laid behind him.

Spooning Carlos from behind, wrapping him tightly into his arms. Carlos turned around in Jay's grip. They lay there for a while, reveling in their new found love.

"I love you, Jay."

"I love you too, Carlos."
