Cole's POV:

It has been 8 very long days since Lili left and I don't know how much more of this I can handle. It's not like they throw tantrums or hit each other, they are just exploring their house and making messes everywhere. But I still get really mad at them and sometimes it's not fair. Tonight for example they found Ella's pencil case and used her markers all over the living room while I was doing laundry. And I know this happens to like every parent and that I should pay closer attention to them to prevent it but it's just really hard. So tonight I decided to just paste on a smile and keep them close to me at all times. And it worked... until bath time. I was out for maybe 3 minutes to look for their towels and when I came back they used a cup to throw their bathwater into the bathroom floor flooding the bathroom.

C-"What?! BOYS I CANNOT LEAVE YOU ONE SECOND, YOU TURN THE HOUSE UPSIDE DOWN. AND LILI IS NOT HERE TO CONTROL YOU GUYS AND YOU DECIDE TO DO THIS WHEN SHE IS AWAY AND... I CANNOT TELL HER OTHERWISE SHE WILL BE WORRIED AND I AM TIRED AND... I shouldn't be screaming, it's not really your fault... You know what, I'm getting a flight to new york. We are surprising your mom tomorrow. I need some rest."

And so I called Cami the next morning and she babysat the kids while I bought tickets and packed some suitcases. Since I was in hiatus I decided to book a one-way flight, just in case we wanted to stay longer. And then I decided that I deserved to sleep the whole afternoon before taking red-eye alone with three children. I wasn't sure if I was making the right decision until I got in the car and drove to the airport, there I realized I was sure I made the wrong decision. I was confident that I had timed everything right, the boys would fall asleep about an hour into the flight and Ella a bit later. The only thing I didn't put into account was that they had been running around all day with Cami and they were exhausted. So I can say that going through security with two sleeping babies in my arm wasn't easy. But they slept through the whole flight so it ended up being amazing. When I got there I rented a car and called Keke to ask her where Lili was.

Lili's POV:

I was tired, filming this was the polar opposite of Riverdale. I can't believe I miss the pink sweaters. I was just feeling off, I didn't like the outfits I had to wear and felt insecure about my body, cause, after all, I gave birth to 3 children and to be honest, I was never the slimmest. I just wanted to go home.

L-"Hey Keke, I'm just going to my room."

K-"Umm wait just stay here for 15 more minutes."

L-"Why"

K-"I don't want to stay here alone."

L-"Oh okay sure."

The rest of the cast came back into the tent and I just kinda sat there trying to find the perfect time to just stand up and leave. And then I look up from my phone and my family was there. Ella sprinted to me and it made me so happy.

E-"Mommy! I missed you."

L-"I missed you too Ella-bear"

Cole walked towards me and hugged me, whispering in my ear.

C-"I love you."

Leo was dead asleep on Cole's chest but Luke wasn't and he did not do well with strangers. He hugged Cole's leg and hid behind it. I looked around and noticed everyone was looking at us so I decided just to go somewhere else. I went to grab my phone and when I came back Ella was already talking to Keke. Luke walked towards me but Jlo started talking to him.

Jlo-"What's your name?"

Lu-"Kyky."

Jlo-"Lili which one is this?"

L-"Oh its Luke, his brother calls him Kyky so he thinks that's his name."

Jlo-"So Luke what's your favorite toy?"

Lu-"Rawr."

Jlo-"Lions?"

He pointed to his shirt which had little dinosaurs.

Lu-"Rawr."

Jlo-"Oh dinosaurs now I understand."

Lu-"Dada. Kyky rawr?"

C-"Wait I have it in my pocket somewhere, here you go."

He pulled out a mini T-rex and showed her.

Jlo-"What about your brother? what does he play with?"

Lu-"Dar dar! dada Leo dar dar."

C-"Oh here you go, buddy."

Jlo-"Oh cars, wow."

L-"Luke, Ella lets go. Bye guys, I'll see you tomorrow."

We walked up to my room which had only one double bed, and Cole didn't think this through and so we had no other room. We ended up asking the hotel for an extra bed and two cribs. They only had a crib left which caused a major dilemma.

C-"We could just put them both in the crib"

L-"And let them kill each other?"

C-"Well, they did great on the plane."

We ended up putting them both in, and Luke fell asleep right away.

Le-"mommy, Kyky sleep."

L-"Shh don't make noise, Ella and Daddy are also sleeping."

Le-"Mommy. Outside."

L-"No Leo, we can't go outside."

Le-"Play"

L-"Okay Leo, Ill let you run that energy off in the corridor before you wake the whole room up."

We ended up in the hall, Leo running around like crazy and making us both laugh.

L-"It is 3:40 am and you have more energy right now than me for the whole day."

Le-"Dar dar!."

He was pointing at the cars outside.

L-"Yeah Leo, you are in new york, the city that never sleeps."

He stared at the outside through the big window. There was so much light coming from everywhere. He was completely amazed.

I snapped a picture and posted it on Instagram, immediately triggering the fans, who knew it meant Cole came to see me. I only had one scene tomorrow, at the sunset and so I could wake up late. Eventually, I rocked Liam to sleep, still watching the city lights.
