"Isn't it beautiful? Look! The sun's peeking through the clouds" I said grinning maniacally."Well, I don't notice the sun but, the massive black clouds surrounding it." Mom sighed, turning to glance at me,"how are you planning to return?"
"I don't know, maybe I'll take the bus." I shrugged, looking out window of car.
"I really wish, it should rain today," I said looking up at the sky."Oh... So that's why you planned a date, so you could enjoy it with Sasha, hmm." She said, wiggling her eyebrow at me.
I blushed, "mom no! It isn't a date. We're just friends. And he invited me to his house, just to hangout. Almost, to return the favor of your Mac & cheese!" I said explaining to her as much as possible.
She chuckled at me, turning around the corner,"it's okay baby, don't explain yourself so much. I'm glad that your hanging out around with your friends." She says smiling softly. I still feel a bit of embarrassed and yeah, before Sasha I didn't hung around. Only at college or Tamara used to come home to have a sleepover. Well I guess, It's the change, for better.
"So, tell me which building" she says looking through the car wind shield. We didn't had any Nice car, but it was just a pick up van. It was kinda old, but I loved it tho. Definitely, I had memories with it.
"Umm...." I said, looking down at the text Sasha sent me last night, giving his address. Luckily mom agreed for today, me hanging out with Sasha. And she was the one dropping me to his home."that one mom", I said pointing over to a multi story building.
Mom pulls over in front of the building & I start to get out, before she stops me.
"Baby, if it starts to rain then call me. I'll pick you up. Don't bother to get the bus, okay?" She says,"okay mom, I will. Bye." I say smiling at her & get out of the car.
I took the elevator & pressed the button to 4th floor, as he told me to.
Their are certain moments in life, where you can't wait for it to happen & simultaneously, it makes you nervous beyond limits. I was feeling exactly same, as i couldn't decide if I should press that damn button beside the door. Finally I did and I could vividly hear the loud thud of someone running.
At last, the door opened, revealing a grinning Sasha. He opened his arms, for me to settle in them. "I thought, you only used hugs as goodbyes." I said, looking at his persistent figure.
"Oh come on, just bring it in," he said, as I slowly moved, just to be engulfed by his strong arms.
He slowly pulled away, not releasing me completely but, enough to look at me."I thought you wouldn't come, all those scary black clouds," he said, almost frowning.
I smiled at him, I was gonna reply him when, I was intrupted by someone."Oh god, Shas... Atleast settle down. Already a chick at home, within a month," he said rolling his eyes at us. I immediately pulled away from Sasha & stood a 'little bit' away from him. Sasha seemed to notice it & chuckled slightly, shaking his head.
He suddenly pulled me closer by my shoulders & rested his arm around my neck."Chill Leo, she's just my friend. & I still didn't get the charms like you Leonid." He said mockingly to the boy, wiggling his eyebrow at him.
"Sure, you'll never have those charms. Alexander." He said annoyed, as he went inside a room.
Sasha seemed Kind of uneasy but, shrugged as he looked at me, staring at him confused."come on, let's go to my room," he said asking me to follow him.
"Who was that?" I finally asked as he opened the door to his room. Honestly, his room was big. Like Big, big. Everything here was White. The walls, couch, curtain, bean sac, even his bed sheets. All of them were plain white. All of them.
