Chapter Twenty-Two: Anouncement

Asta's POV
I woke up again in the morning.
It was as if the sun was mocking me.
The clouds pasted by the sun flashing the suns rays at me.
I got up with a groan, and headed downstairs. I could someone glaring at me. It was most likely Magna.
I looked around the common room and saw that Captain Yami, Finral, Charmy, Gauche, Gordon, Noelle, Luck, and Grey were gone.

I went into the kitchen to see Vanessa with some wine.
"Hey there kid! Want some thing to eat?" She asked.
I stood there for a few moments.
"Are you planning something?" I said in a serious tone.
"Why would I do that!?" She asked.
I stared at her.
"Okay Look Luck said to give you another chance so I decided to give you one. It's nothing more than that." She looked away with a blush.
I smiled at her.
"Hey I'm going into town now!" I yelled as I made my way to the door.
"Wait Asta! Captain said he has urgent news and wants everyone here by the time he comes back!" She yelled.
"Did they tell you what it was?" I asked.

"No they said we would have to wait a bit." She said stopping me from leaving the hideout.

"Welp, I guess I'll just stay here until they get back. I'll be out in the training area, call me when they're back."

Lucks POV
Me and the rest of the team minus Vanessa, Magna and Asta we're heading back to the base. Captain Yami had said he had some important news on a mission.
Something about the Magic Knights...?
I think.
Anyway we were all walking towards the door until we heard big bangs.
"The hell was that?" Yami said.
"I don't know. Let's check it out. Might be an enemy attack." Finral said.

At this point as I bouncing like a bouncy ball. I was ecstatic! Maybe they were strong!!! Oh my god!!! I'm so excited!
We rounded the corner as we saw blood.

And a body..? I couldn't quite describe it.

I looked up and saw Asta.

Soon words started falling out of my mouth.

"ASTAAAA????!!?? DID YOU KILL PEOPLE AGAIN!!???? YOUR GONNA GET CAUGHT ONE OF THESE DAYS!!!!!" I yelled at him running up to him. It seems he crushed the poor man to death! *cough* or woman....

"What are you talking about?" Asta asked.

I looked at him then at the dead body.

"You just killed someone did you not?" I asked him

He started snickering. His snickering turned Into full blown laughs.

"hahaha LUCK YOUR SO DUMB!! THE BOAR WAS CHARGING AT ME SO I KILLED IT!" Asta said dying from laughter.

Wait...boar...?

I looked back at the dead thing and I saw a snout.

My mind went blank as I felt myself space out.

Luck.exe has stopped working.

"Hey! Get inside the hideout already!" Captain Yami yelled from the door.

I snapped it of my trance and started towards the door. I motioned Asta to follow me. He ran towards me and we both made it inside.

"Anyway we have a new mission."

"What's it about?"

"Its called the Royal Knights."
