ERIS

Surprisingly, Neil never approached her to ask about her family, the Cosa Nostra, or her job within the mafia.

She wouldn't have minded if he did, she would've answered the questions that she was allowed to, but she was still grateful that he didn't. Talking about how you kill people and launder money for a living isn't the most fun way to get to know someone.

She spent her time practicing during the day and again at night with Kevin. On the bright side, he kept the act up around Andrew, he didn't suspect a thing. On the not so bright side, Kevin needed a way to get rid of all that anger and Neil and Eris was his way of doing so.

Since they were the only other two current strikers, he usually spent his time telling them off and giving disapproving looks. Neil got the worst of it, Eris's was far more tame, Kevin knew not to push his limits with her.

Thankfully, Kevin would soon have other Foxes to worry about. Not only that, but his anger would go away and he would stop having to channel all of his emotions into Exy because once the other Foxes got here they could finally reveal the truth about the Raven's district change.

After weeks past, Eris was beyond grateful when the day came for the others to arrive. Between the her job and Kevin's pressure on the court she was being run to the bone.

Eris was, much like the other monsters, setting up her belongings in Fox tower in her rooms. Technically, her official room was with Dan, Allison, and Renee. However, she was also a monster, meaning that she often opted to room with them instead. She had her own mattress, and a few drawers and closet space that they had dedicated to her.

"This year can we please try to keep the room clean?" Kevin asked through his teeth as Nicky ran around the room, already making a mess.

"Shut up, mom," Eris teased, throwing one of her running shoes at him, hitting him right in the head. Kevin turned around and glared at Eris, picking the shoe up and throwing it back at her with all his might, aiming for her head, but she easily caught it.

"Yea, shut up mom!" Nicky agreed with a grin.

The five of them went about the dorm setting up gaming systems, desks, beds, just about everything when she heard a knock on the door. Eris glanced to see if anyone else would get it, but they were all too busy so she walked forward and pulled the door open.

She smiled up at a grinning Matt in the doorway. He had changed since she'd last seen her, the most notable difference being that he had begun to spike his black hair upwards, only adding to his gigantic height.

"Matt! It's good to see you again!" She smiled, punching his arm lightly. "Good to see you too, how's it going, Ravioli?"

"Matt we've talked about the nickname, it's the most uncreative thing you could call an Italian."

"You talked, I barely listened."

"Anyways what brings you by?" Eris asked with a raised eyebrow, the boys in the back hadn't even bothered to stop what they were doing to say hello.

"Just wanted to say hi, I'm about to go pick up Dan and Renee, don't suppose you want to come?" He asked as Eris shook her head.

"Sorry, I've got too much to do around here. I'm about to go grocery shopping, stock up the fridge and whatnot," She pointed a thumb behind her, towards the kitchen. Matt nodded in understanding, "Maybe you should take Neil, he said he was going to go shopping."

Eris couldn't help but smirk, as her eyebrows raised upwards, "Oh he is, is he?"

"Yup. Listen I've got to run, I'm already a little late they should be landing any minute. See ya later, Ravioli," Matt grinned again, scruffing Eris's hair, causing her to glare at him before he left.
