Search up 'opt out of breach' in your browser and click the first one that will appear 'haveibeenpwned'. Enter the email address you used for Wattpad and you will get an email. Just follow the steps and this will ensure your safety (your email will not be available to the public anymore/will be removed from lists of breaches that it will appear in).
